Podcaster Alix Earle and her NFL player boyfriend Braxton Berrios have reportedly called it quits.
According to People, the pair mutually decided to break up. Multiple sources told People that “the couple recently split and that the breakup was mutual.” Berrios is a wide receiver for the Houston Texans.
Page Six also confirmed the split. “It was distance induced,” sources told Page Six, which reported that Earle was spotted “having fun” at a South Beach hotel on December 5, and was also seen at “Art Basel parties” in Miami. Earle has posted photos of her nights out in Miami to her Instagram page.
“Good to see u again Miami,” she wrote with one post. A fan responded, “Is this your revenge dress?” Earle also posted a series of videos and photos showing her partying in Miami, including on a yacht, to her Instagram story. Berrios is not seen in any of the photos or videos. Fans begged her for information in the comment thread, with one writing, “Can u clear the air about you and Braxton? 🥴”

The pair first started dating in 2023 after meeting at a party. Despite the reports, Earle and Berrios have not made any public comment on the breakup claims.
The alleged split comes on the heels of Earle’s turn on Dancing With the Stars.

People magazine noted that Berrios was not a presence during Earle’s DWTS run. He did not attend any live episode tapings and Earle “Continuously cited his NFL commitments to explain his absences,” People reported. She told the media that Berrios was “stuck in football world,” according to People.
In October, Braxton Berrios Gushed About Alix Earle on Instagram, Writing That He Felt ‘Loved’
Everything seemed to be going okay in October, when Berrios posted a gushing post about Earle on Instagram, along with a photo showing them together.
“I hope everybody gets to feel as loved as I felt this weekend,” he wrote then. “There’s nothing better than being surrounded by the people you love that traveled across the country to be there for you. Alix I don’t know how you pulled this surprise off but I’m so thankful you did. What a way to start 30!”
In December 2024, he also wrote a flattering post about Earle. “Happy birthday to this amazing woman. Watching you take on the world in stride is a simple joy in my life,” he wrote then. “You’re loved by everybody you meet and that’s a testament to your heart and the person you are. I’m honored to call that person mine. You’re my best friend, the person I can always lean on, and I feel lucky to walk into year 24 with you. There’s nothing I wouldn’t do for you sweetheart, I love you ♥️”
He hasn’t posted on Instagram since October, however.
On October 6, Earle posted a photo showing her with Berrios for his birthday, but she kept it shorter, writing only, “Happy birthday baby @braxtonberrios#30 !!!! ❤️”
