
Following a dramatic week on Coronation Street that saw Becky Swain (Amy Cudden) rise from the dead and Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) get mowed down by a car, things show no sign of slowing down next week.
As Brody Michaelis (Ryan Mulvey) and Dylan Wilson (Liam McCheyne) work hard to hide their involvement in the car theft, Carl Webster (Jonathan Howard) has even more on his mind as Tracy Barlow (Kate Ford) puts pressure on him for the rest of her hush money.
To make matters worse, poor Tyrone’s condition takes a worrying turn. Will the accident leave him with permanent damage?
Meanwhile, Lisa Swain (Vicky Myers) is understandably reeling from the revelation that her dead wife is not so dead and desperate to reconnect with daughter Betsy Swain (Sydney Martin).
As the detective sergeant turns to DI Costello (Daon Bruni) for answers, will she get the explanation she demands?
Elsewhere, as Theo Silverton (James Cartwright) prepares to fight for custody of his kids, could more trouble be brewing for Todd Grimshaw (Gareth Pierce)?

Monday, September 15
Brody assures Kit Green (Jacob Roberts) that neither he nor Dylan had anything to do with the hit and run because he was suffering a seizure at the time of the accident.
Brody reminds Carl that they ditched the car before heading to the hospital. Carl says that when he went to pick it up, the car had gone and suggests someone else must have stolen it before hitting Tyrone.
At the station, Jess interviews Dylan. When he reveals he was at the hospital, will the police let him go?
DI Costello warns Becky to keep her head down or they could both end up in prison. Fired up, Lisa enters the station determined to have it out with her boss, but he refuses to get into it with her.


Kit warns Carla Connor (Alison King) that Costello isn’t all that he seems and Lisa needs to be careful. When Carla reveals that Becky isn’t dead and she’s come back, Kit’s stunned.
Lisa barges into Costello’s office and demands he tell her every detail surrounding Becky’s fake death or she’ll take the story to the press.
At the hospital, Tyrone wakes up. He is clearly agitated and tells Fiz Stape (Jennie McAlpine) to find a doctor as he can’t feel his legs.
As Todd and Theo excitedly move into the corner shop flat, George Shuttleworth (Tony Maudsley) calls round with some beers. Todd invites him to stay for one as Theo scowls.

Wednesday, September 17
Carla puts pressure on Lisa to tell Betsy the truth about Becky, knowing it will all come out in the end and leave her more heartbroken. When Lisa refuses to entertain the idea, Carla summons Becky.
As Becky breaks down and begs Lisa to let her see their daughter, Carla hopes Lisa will do the right thing. Lisa spells out to Becky that she’s not willing to inflict any more pain on Betsy. Accepting defeat, Carla tells Becky to go.
In the precinct, Becky watches as Betsy talks to Ryan Connor (Ryan Prescott). Will she blow her cover and reach out to her daughter?
Kit warns Carl that he intends to keep a close eye on him.


Abi Webster (Sally Carman) shares her concerns about the car that hit Tyrone with Carl, suggesting it could have been one of Fiona’s.
Carl covers before meeting up with Fiona to explain he had no choice but to torch the car, but when Kit heads over and asks what Carl’s doing hanging out with a known criminal, is the game up?
Tracy delights in reminding Carl that her next payment is due, failing which she’ll tell Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell) about the affair.
Fiz calls home from the hospital to update on Tyrone’s operation.
After his child custody meeting, Theo vows to do whatever it takes to secure access to his kids.

Friday, September 19
Tracy spells out to Abi that she’s sick of being paid in instalments and wants the rest of her money today. When Abi tells Carl, he asserts that he’ll give her £500 and make it clear that’s the end of it.
When Tracy reminds him that she’s the one calling the shots, Abi reckons it’s time they told Kevin about their affair. Carl won’t hear of it and instead suggests they call Tracy’s bluff. Will Tracy talk?
And when she later finds the flower shop being trashed by a masked thug,how will she react?


Theo confides in Todd that he’s worried about the court case and if Danielle Silverton (Natalie Anderson) saw the state of their flat she’d deem it unsuitable for the kids. With Theo gone, Billy, George and Brian join Todd and set to cleaning the flat. Nearing the end, they delve into some snacks and dance to music. Theo returns home and takes in the scene. How will he react?
When Roy Cropper (David Neilson) discovers Becky at No.6, she tries to say she’s a colleague of Lisa’s, but Roy doesn’t buy it and tells her he knows she’s Becky Swain and he saw her at the hospital. Lisa explains the situation to Roy.
Making it clear to Carla how much she’s hurt him with her lies, Roy heads out. Lisa pleads Carla’s case to Roy and explains that the last thing she wanted to do was lie to him, but she did it in a bid to protect Lisa and Betsy.
Tyrone confides in Evelyn Plummer (Maureen Lipman) that he could be laid up for months and he’s worried about the strain on Fiz.
