Monday 8th December 2025

It’s a busy week in Walford as Sam Mitchell slips back into the Square and wastes no time stirring things up. Within minutes, she’s raiding Phil’s safe, Zoe is convinced Sam is behind her stalker troubles, and George’s family is thrown off balance by a string of unexpected revelations. From awkward reunions to missed appointments and secrets coming out at the worst possible moments, the next few episodes see everyone juggling their own chaos as Walford rolls into another eventful week.

Sam Mitchell storms back into Walford, and within minutes, she’s already causing chaos. After slipping into No.55, Sam raids Phil’s safe for cash, and Nigel, having mistaken her for Clare, cluelessly lets her walk out with it. But Sam’s return doesn’t go unnoticed for long.

Zoe, already unravelled from her stalker ordeal, confronts Sam in the Square and accuses her of tormenting her from the shadows. Sam denies everything, but the fiery clash only fuels Zoe’s paranoia and Kat’s concerns.

When Phil discovers the money missing and hears Nigel’s confused description, he storms down to Harry’s Barn and accuses Nicola of stealing from him. However, it doesn’t take long before Phil realises the truth, especially when he spots Sam having a quietly tense exchange with Kat outside the café.

Before he can catch her, Sam slips off to McClunky’s to meet Ricky, but the reunion is far from subtle, as Jack spots them together. Sam later attempts to flee Walford entirely, but Jack blocks her path.  He is left utterly floored when Sam reveals a life-changing health secret she’s been hiding.

Meanwhile, Nicola becomes increasingly anxious about Harry when he begs her for money to buy drugs. She refuses, worried she’ll make things worse, and chooses not to tell him Teddy’s latest trial developments. But George, trying to reassure Harry, accidentally reveals that Teddy intends to plead guilty, sending Harry spiralling.

In a panic, Harry confesses to George that he killed Okie. George urges Harry to own up to the police, but before he can, Nicola arrives and drops a bombshell of her own: she’s pregnant with George’s child, hoping to stop Harry from turning himself in.

Over at The Vic, Kim drowns her heartbreak in alcohol after her split from Howie and impulsively offers to donate her car to Yolande’s Christmas raffle. Elsewhere, Kat grows increasingly worried about Zoe and later warns Anthony to stay away from her daughter after learning the unsettling truth behind his broken marriage.

Sam breaks down to Jack and finally explains her biggest fear, she has found a lump, and she’s convinced it’s cancer. Jack is immediately concerned when she admits she hasn’t even booked a doctor’s appointment, but before he can push her further, Phil barges in demanding his stolen money back.

Word of Sam’s health scare spreads quickly as Denise approaches her later, having heard everything from Jack. Denise attempts to strike a deal, a truce of sorts, but it soon becomes clear Sam has her own strategy brewing.

That evening, Sam sits down for a family dinner with Ricky Jnr and Lily. But when she realises Jack and Denise were bluffing about helping her, she storms off to Phil’s house in desperation. With nowhere else to turn, she begs him for a place to stay… and Phil, to everyone’s surprise, starts to form a Plan B.

Across the Square, George reels from Nicola’s revelation that she’s pregnant and turns to Honey for clarity, who reluctantly confirms the news. The pair head out for a drink at The Albert to talk things through, completely unaware that Harry is alone at home taking drugs. The panic sets in when Nicola and George return to find a chilling note from Harry revealing he’s disappeared.

Meanwhile, tensions rise again as Anthony lashes out at Patrick after discovering he has spoken to his ex-wife Sophie. Zoe, fearing she’s made a mistake trusting Anthony, heads to The Vic to speak to Kat, who firmly warns her to stay well away from him.

Lily, growing increasingly concerned about Jean’s erratic behaviour, offers to host the Branning family dinner at No.31. But the moment Stacey is mentioned, Jean abruptly excuses herself, raising even more concern.

It’s the morning of Teddy’s trial, and Gina and George scramble to track down Harry before court. When they finally find him, Harry breaks down and admits the truth about what happened to Okie. Gina and George manage to convince him to attend court and support Teddy, but Nicola is furious that her plan to protect both her son and her unborn child has been completely derailed.

At the courthouse, emotions hit boiling point as Teddy’s verdict is delivered, leaving the entire family shaken. Shockwaves continue at home when Zack clashes with Nicola after siding with Barney, who announces he plans to move in with Zack. As the arguments escalate, Harry slips away to the Arches, where he takes more drugs and collapses from an overdose.

Meanwhile, Sam puts her new plan into action. In The Arches, Phil and Julie attempt to film Nigel’s movie scenes, but their work is interrupted when Jack and Denise burst in, raising the alarm that Sam has skipped her doctor’s appointment. The group quickly band together and rush off to confront her before she spirals further.

Elsewhere, Lauren is determined to put recent chaos behind her as she gathers the family to plan Oscar’s 18th birthday celebrations at The Albert. Kim is mortified to learn she drunkenly agreed to sell her car to Yolande and desperately tries to backtrack.

Gina races into action when she discovers Harry unconscious, and Jack leaps in to help as George phones for the paramedics. As they all wait helplessly for medical support, Nicola makes a drastic move of her own, determined not to lose Harry or her grip on the family.

Julie, Phil and Ricky Jnr confront Sam over her manipulative behaviour and the chaos she has unleashed since returning. With Sam now cornered on all sides, the Mitchell family must decide whether they can trust her again or whether her secrets are too dangerous to ignore.

At The Vic, Elaine grows worried after Ian raises concerns about the Peacock Palace planning permissions. In an attempt to smooth things over, she sets up an awkward dinner between Johnny, Callum and Tim, hoping Tim will work his council connections. Whether he’s willing to help remains to be seen.

And over at The Albert, Oscar celebrates his 18th birthday surrounded by friends and family, but it’s clear the teen is struggling. Despite the balloons, lights and music, Oscar can’t shake the heartache left behind by Jasmine.
