Darcy Tyler’s (Mark Raffety) reign of terror finally comes to an end in Neighbours next week, as his wicked ways are uncovered by Paul Robinson (Stefan Dennis) and Susan Kennedy (Jackie Woodburne).
Suspicions are piqued by Tess Bell (Krista Vendy) explains that the dastardly doctor wanted them to flee Erinsborough, and it’s confirmed that he was the one who drugged Karl Kennedy (Alan Fletcher).
Before he leaves, he pumps more of the lethal substance into his victim’s IV drip – and then turns his attentions to poisoning Susan too.
Will she make it out alive?
Someone who didn’t survive his wicked ways was Amanda Harris (Briony Behets), and with Darcy’s actions now out in the open, her daughter Jane (Annie Jones) has serious questions about her mother’s death.
There’s also a huge question mark over her last will and testament, with the family jointly deciding with Sadie Rodwell (Emerald Chan) that they should become co-trustees.
She’s stunned to hear that they want to offer her some cash for corrective surgery on her back scars, but soon thinks that there’s more to the gesture than meets the eye…
Plus, there’s trouble at mill on Ramsay Street for the Rodwells (Lloyd Will and Candice Leask) following that DNA journey bombshell, Taye Obasi (Lakota Johnson) has to do a deal with the devil concerning his escorting, and Aaron Brennan (Matt Wilson) is caught in the middle of two men.
It’s a wild old week, so let’s get stuck into next week’s Neighbours spoilers…
Monday, June 16
Andrew is in disbelief that Wendy would go behind his back to locate his biological family, feeling completely and utterly betrayed.

Matters are only intensified when she reveals that his mother is dead – and his father isn’t a very nice person.
It seems that the Rodwells may be more fractured than ever before.
Elsewhere, Colton invites Aaron to a yoga class, blissfully unaware that Cara has encouraged Rhett to join in too. It’s not long before the two men establish battle lines, each trying to impress Aaron and showing him who would make the better partner.
Aaron is uncomfortable by their behaviour, and after heading home, admits to the Varga-Murphys that he’s unsure how to proceed. The women both have their favourite – and Nicolette reckons he should date them both.

Who should Aaron choose?
-
Rhett (Cara’s choice)
-
Colton (Remi’s choice)
-
Both of them (Nicolette’s choice)
Across the road, Taye has decided to retire from his escorting life given how often it crosses over into his professional life.
When he breaks the news to Lydia, his longest running client, she doesn’t want to accept and coughs up some more money. He stands firm and says that he won’t be swayed.
When Cara invites him and Remi along for lunch with her boss, he’s gobsmacked to learn that it’s none other than Lydia! She also had no idea of the connection, but uses it to her advantage…
Dealing a very troubling ultimatum, she says she’ll make Cara’s work life very difficult unless he agrees to offer his ‘services’ again.

Tuesday, June 17
Sadie meets with Darcy to discuss Amanda’s will, and as she explains her guilt over how the issue has escalated, he tells her to stick to her guns and not give in.
When she shares the news that the Harris family have offered to split the trustee role and money, keeping some to one side for the scholarship, Darcy is infuriated and calls her a ‘stupid girl’.
Paul’s suspicious about the dastardly doctor’s antics are piqued when he meets with Tess, who is shocked to hear that Karl has had a stroke.
Her concern spills out, revealing that Darcy had grand ambitions for them to flee the area. They soon begin to wonder whether he was responsible for Karl’s health…

Darcy sees them both chatting, and decides he needs to get out sooner quicker than later.
At the hospital, Susan dotes by Karl’s bedside as Remi confirms that he’s showing improvement. Susan is surprised to hear that no opioids have been found in his system, despite his apparent ‘addiction’.
Paul urges her to get further drugs tests taken, given his suspicions about Darcy. And it’s not long before he rears his head in the ward…
Karl wakes up from his coma, and is greeted by Darcy injecting a stronger dose of the substance into his IV drip, buying him so more time to make an escape.
Elsewhere, Taye asks Byron about his experience with Lydia, and he confirms that he had to cut ties with her because of her intensity.

It’s not long before she starts to cause mischief, telling Cara that her law exam has been moved forward.
Realising that his sister-in-law is going to find work very difficult, he is forced into making a deal with the devil to protect her.
Luckily, it seems the Varga-Murphys are preoccupied with something else – Aaron’s love life! They’ve told him to pick a man instead of following Nic’s suggestion of dating both, and he’s keen to take their advice on board by asking Colton for a proper date.
Later, Rhett offers Aaron tickets to an event that night, but he asks to change it, knowing that he’s catching up with Colton.
Aaron then turns to Jane for support, and she surprises him by saying that maybe dating without strings attached would help him feel better about getting back into the dating pool.
Wednesday, June 18
Nell is terrified about Karl’s declining health. She and JJ run into Jasmine, who is happy to help translate Elenora’s Italian lingo with a concern they have.

Jasmine explains that Elenora’s medication has gone missing, which JJ and Nell pass on to Susan and Terese. They’re shocked to learn that it’s one of the drugs that could’ve caused Karl’s illness.
Later, Susan arrives home and finds Darcy on the street. The two sense one another’s nerves and try to diffuse the other’s suspicions.
She engages him into a conversation about the next steps for Karl’s care, while he makes a cup of tea and slips a pill into the liquid. Luckily, she notices what he’s up to and swaps the mugs.
He begins to become drowsy, and passes out.

Across the road, Byron, Jane and Nic apologise to Sadie for the fallout concerning Amanda’s will. She tells them about a strange conversation she had with Darcy over her money, and Karl’s interest is sparked.
Byron and Sadie get straight onto looking into the investments that Amanda made, and are shocked when her lawyer confirms that her shares were all transferred to Darcy.
Outside, Darcy is handcuffed and taken away to hospital in the back of a police car, as a terrified Jane confronts him, demanding to know whether he had any involvement in her mother’s death.
As he comes around in the hospital, he refuses to explain how he could’ve done such a thing to Karl and whether or not he killed Amanda.

A frail Karl admits to Susan that she’s his hero.
Thursday, June 19
The Eirini Rising residents grapple with the fallout of Darcy’s actions, Terese suggests to Paul that they take a trip oversees to surprise Leo and Krista.
She knows that she can leave the site in the capable hands of Colton, who is eager to make a positive mark on his first day. Vera feels like they’ve all been left to fend for themselves, but Colton soothes her concerns, impressing Terese in the process.
Speaking of Colton, Aaron’s on cloud nine after their date – but can’t help but feel that he doesn’t feel the same way when he rejects his advances not once, but twice.

Elsewhere, Byron wonders how Sadie is coping with the news of Darcy’s potential involvement in Amanda’s death, and wonders whether the truth coming out could bring them back together.
On behalf of his family, he cements their plans to give Sadie some money to undertake corrective surgery for her back scars that she sustained during the Fitzgerald Motors fire.
She’s touched by the offer, but when he leans in for a kiss, she can’t help but wonder whether his monetary offer was conditional on them getting back together.
It’s just too much for her to take in – and she insists that their relationship is over.

Things don’t get much easier for the Rodwell clan when Sadie learns that her parents are at odds again.
Holly suggests to Sadie that Andrew should look more closely into Gretchen’s claims, but when she shuts it down, Holly does her own digging.
She discovers that Andrew’s father isn’t the deadbeat that he was made out to be, and when she fills him in, proposes that they go to Sandy Point together to see for themselves.
