Andre Onana is reportedly open to leaving Manchester United in the coming days after Trabzonspor tabled a loan bid to sign the goalkeeper.
Onana has made 102 appearances for United since joining in July 2023, but appears to have lost his first-choice status under Ruben Amorim this season.
The 29-year-old has not started a Premier League game this season, with Altay Bayindir preferred in goal despite his largely inconsistent performances since arriving last season.
Onana’s only start of the campaign came in the Carabao Cup against Grimsby Town, but another error-strewn performance cast only more doubt on his long-term future at Old Trafford.
Along with that, the deadline-day signing of Senne Lammens from Royal Antwerp might further impinge on Onana’s potential minutes this season.

United were initially happy to keep Onana and Bayindir at the club, but have now agreed terms on a loan deal with Trabzonspor after the Turkish club made an approach earlier in the week.
A potential move, which would be without a fee or option to buy, would need to be resolved in the coming days, given the Turkish transfer window closes on September 12.

The decision to press ahead with a deal now rests with Onana and, according to The Athletic, the Cameroon international is open to making the move in search of regular first-time football.
The report adds that Onana still backs himself to reclaim the number one jersey despite the signing of Lammens.
But he will give serious thought to Trabzonspor’s offer, with the Turkish club keen to have him in place for their clash against Fenerbahce on September 14.
Should Onana sanction the move, it would be another high-profile departure from Amorim’s squad in what has proved another busy summer rebuild.
Marcus Rashford, Jadon Sancho, Antony and Alejandro Garnacho were all moved on with Rasmus Hojlund also shipped out to Napoli.
United are also still hoping to offload Tyrell Malacia – the last remaining member of the club’s ‘bomb squad’ exiled from the first-team – after a deadline-day move for the full-back fell through.
