Angry Phillies ‘Karen’ Offered Thousands to Return Home Run Ball–But There’s a Catch!

The angry Phillies fan who went viral after stealing a home run ball from a young boy during Friday night’s game was offered thousands to return the ball, but there’s a catch.

Blowout Cards, a trading card retailer, has offered the woman $5,000 in exchange for the baseball. All she has to do is sign the ball and write, “I’m sorry,” and the money is hers, the company said.

According to the website, the goal is to return the baseball to the kid, and their price is firm.

Lincoln Feltwell was sitting in left field with his dad Friday night when Harrison Bader hit one out of the park. Lincoln’s father scurried over to snag himself the home run ball and was seen on video giving it to his son.

Moments later, however, an unidentified woman came over screaming in the father’s face.

“That was mine. You took it from me,” she could be heard saying in videos circulating socail media. The father ultimately handed her the ball in order to “make her go away,” he told Good Morning America.

While Lincoln was robbed of the home run ball, Bader met with him after the game and signed a baseball bat instead. The Miami Marlins, who were the home team for the series, also gifted the 10-year-old a swag bag “and a baseball for him to keep.”
