Arsenal are not prepared to sell Leandro Trossard to Besiktas ahead of the Turkish transfer deadline next week.
The Belgium international has been persistently linked with a move away from the Emirates this summer with the Gunners strengthening their attacking options ahead of the new season.
Turkish Super Lig clubs are free to continue doing business until 12 September with Besiktas interested in a late deal, making an offer of £19million this week.
Fabrizio Romano reports however Arsenal are not planning to sell the 30-year-old with ‘no chance’ he joins a Turkish club in the coming days.
Trossard has gone toe-to-toe with Gabriel Martinelli for the left wing role in Mikel Arteta’s starting XI, starting 28 Premier League matches last season with a return of eight goals and eight assists.

He has managed just 37 minutes of game time this season, sitting out as an unused substitute against Manchester United and Liverpool having come off the bench in the second-half against Leeds United.
The squad has also been bolstered by the arrivals of Noni Madueke and Eberechi Eze from Chelsea and Crystal Palace respectively with 15-year-old Max Dowman also now pushing for a first-team role.

Trossard remains in Arteta’s plans however.
The former Brighton star agreed a new deal at the Emirates in August, one that secured him a pay rise but did not change the length of his existing deal.
‘That situation has been resolved in a really great way and I think he deserves recognition, and we are very happy to have him,’ Arteta said of Trossard’s new deal in late August.
He continued: ‘There might be speculation. The good players always have options to go.
‘Leo was very clear from the beginning that he wanted to go here, the club was very clear that they wanted Leo here, I was very clear that I wanted him here. At the end, good outcome.’
