During yesterday afternoon, A couple was shot to death in the Barranca Honda neighborhood, in Puebla, while they were driving in their truck. It is presumed that the attack was direct.
According to information shared from a WhatsApp group, Neighbors alerted the authorities and requested an ambulance and patrols at the intersections of 11 de Enero and “First of May” streets.
The driver of a Voyager-type truck, after being overtaken by his attackers, would have lost control, causing the vehicle to impact against a tree located before reaching 5 de Mayo Street. The truck had Tlaxcala license plates.

Little is known about the victims, who are presumed to have been named William and Veronica. In WhatsApp groups of the neighborhood located within the municipality of San Pablo Xochimehuacanneighbors shared videos of the crashed truck after the direct attack.

Witnesses from the area reported that, upon the arrival of the Municipal Police and paramedics, They confirmed that the two people no longer had vital signs.
Through social networks, local residents shared images of the affected vehicle and the cordoned off area. Meanwhile, experts from the State Attorney General’s Office carried out the corresponding procedures and removed the bodies.
