A New Audience Is Hungry to Get a Taste Bobby Flay’s Unbeatable Burger Experience.
According to a recent announcement, Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay will be expanding. The Falcon Capital Group will bring 65 locations to Canada. Toronto will be home to the flagship location.
In the press release, Flay said, “Expanding into Canada and becoming an international brand is a major milestone. The Falcon Capital Group brings proven expertise in brand development and retail franchising that makes them the ideal partners to bring our signature handcrafted burgers, fries and milkshakes to a new audience. I look forward to working with the accomplished team at Falcon Capital and watching our brand grow across Canada.”

Although the exact locations throughout Canada have yet to be determined, the develop team suggested that they will target lifestyle centers as well as other traditional restaurant locations.
Currently, Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay has nine locations in the U.S. Many restaurants are located in Las Vegas, within Caesars Entertainment properties. Additionally, there is a location in Yankee Stadium, and an expansion into the Raleigh-Durham International Airport is coming soon.
Bobby Flay’s Burger Restaurant Concept Is Inspired by This NYC Restaurant.
In a recent Food & Beverage Magazine cover story, Flay mentioned that his Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay was inspired by his favorite New York City Burger restaurant, JG Melons. That spot drove his approach to the burgers that he serves at his own restaurant.
Speaking about JG Melons and its burger style, Flay said, “It’s a pub style burger that’s simple but has tons of flavor, and the cheese is always melted perfectly. It hits the spot every time. That’s my goal with Bobby’s Burgers as well.”
Looking at the restaurant menu, the seven burgers are fairly straightforward. Served on a brioche bun, each one is basically a protein, a few toppings and a flavorful sauce, like the signature Bobby’s Sauce.
Since Flay has commented on the importance of the layers in his recipes, the Crunchburger showcases that attention to detail. The crunch from the potato chip layer contrasting the melted American cheese and savory beef makes this burger a popular choice.
As Bobby’s Burgers by Bobby Flay continues its expansion growth both within and outside of the U.S., more people will get to experience the delicious flavor that his signature burgers offer. This All-American burger is ready to stake its claim on flavor supremacy.
