“Female Entrepreneurship: Challenges and Opportunities for Brazilian Women in Portugal” will be the theme of the first entrepreneurship forum promoted by the Consulate General of Brazil in Lisbon. The initiative is part of the activities of the Espaço da Mulher Brasileira em Lisboa (EMuB). The event is scheduled for November 11th, starting at 9:00 am, at the local Apex headquarters, in the city center.
The forum will be divided into four panels and “aims to support, inform and encourage Brazilian women who wish to undertake or expand their businesses in the country”, highlights the consulate. Registration is free and places are limited to 100 people in each of the four panels.
This event is intended both for those who already work as an entrepreneur or for those who plan to open a company. “Experts, businesswomen, authorities and representatives of public and private institutions will be on the panels to discuss paths, share experiences and offer practical guidance on the Portuguese market”. Business and Legalization, Management and Innovation, Personal Development and Networking are some of the topics discussed at the forum.
The event also marks World Women’s Entrepreneurship Day, celebrated on November 19th.
