Wacko Brooklyn politicians want New York to declare war on the US government by “turning off the power” to 26 Federal Plaza. This, according to Park Slope Assemblyman Robert Carroll and outgoing Bay Ridge Councilman Justin Brannan, is the only way to counter “the soft launch of a fascist regime.”
