Dani, 28, and her West Ham footballer husband, 28, checked into stunning five-star resort Villa d’Este.

The pair shared photos from their stay, with snaps of them looking smitten as they admired the picturesque lake views.

Dani captioned the post: “Perfect honeymoon.”

In another photo, Dani flashed a smile as they sipped cocktails and enjoyed Italian food.

She looked incredible in a one-shoulder cream dress, while Jarrod opted for a blue and white striped shirt.

Dani also revealed a special note and a bottle of champagne from hotel staff.

The message read: “Dear Mr and Mrs Bowen. Welcome to beautiful Lake Como. I wish you a memorable honeymoon.”

She showed off the jawdropping lakeside views from their £5,000 suite, which boasts a balcony and living area.

The former Love Island star also posted snaps of the food – including pizza, pasta and a selection of pastries.

Last week Dani told how she was an “emotional wreck” just hours before the ceremony yet was all smiles in a duo of snaps posted to her Instagram page moments after they exchanged their vows.

The newlyweds were the picture of wedded bliss while saying ‘I do’ in front of their nearest and dearest.

And at the reception, the happy couple shared a steamy snog on the dance floor after Dani had changed into her party gown.

Jarrod could be seen with his arms around his new wife as they locked lips, while Dani threw her head back and clutched hold of a drink.

They were surrounded by family and friends, who partied into the night at the glamorous reception.

Dani’s proud dad Danny Dyer commented on the post, simply writing: “Perfect.”

Dani chose a stunning off the shoulder gown with corset detail for her big day.

Meanwhile West Ham striker Jarrod looked dapper in a black suit.

Dani took to Instagram to share snaps from their big day, simply captioning them: “The Bowens.

She was flooded with messages from fans, with one writing: “Stunning massive congratulations to you both !!!! You both deserve the love & happiness.”

Ahead of the ceremony Dani confessed she was an “emotional wreck” and told her followers: “I can’t believe that I’m packing my bridesmaid’s bags.

“I am such an emotional wreck at the moment, I’m going to be a cry-y bride and I really don’t want to be, but I feel like I’m going to be.”

The sports ace popped the question on a romantic boat trip in Ibiza.

Dani previously opened up about her plans for the big day.

Speaking previously to Fabulous, she said: “We’ve found the venue, which is beautiful. It’s giving Bridgerton vibes. I want violins.

“I’m just praying it doesn’t rain. We’re getting married in the UK, so you never know!”

Uriah Rennie dead: Premier League’s first black referee passes away aged 65 after rare condition left him paralysed

PREMIER League referee Uriah Rennie has tragically passed away aged 65.

Legend Rennie had recently opened up about a rare condition that left him paralysed from the waist down.

Once described as the “fittest” referee in England’s top division, Rennie refereed over 300 top flight matches between 1997 and 2008.

But after experiencing intense back pain while on holiday in Turkey last year, Rennie was admitted to Northern General Hospital in October.

He told the BBC: “I thought I had just slept funny on a sun lounger, I was hoping to go paragliding but because of my backache I couldn’t go.

“By the end of the holiday I couldn’t sleep a wink from the pain, and by the time I got home I could barely walk.

“I spent a month laid on my back and another four months sitting in bed.

“They kept me in hospital until February, they found a nodule pushing on my spine and it was a rare neurological condition so it’s not something they can operate on.

“I have had to learn to move all over again, I’m retraining my legs.”

He continued: “It was strange – I went from running around the city to in essence being in traction for such a long time.

“I didn’t have any previous back problems but quite suddenly I wasn’t able to move and was in a spinal unit.”

Having been a magistrate in Sheffield since 1996 and campaigned for issues such as improving equality and inclusion in sport, Rennie was on the verge of starting a new role as Sheffield Hallam University chancellor when he first went into hospital.

He later spent much of his time in physiotherapy and completing movement exercises at his home.

Describing his state of movement a few months ago, he said: “I can move my feet and I can stand with a frame attached to my wheelchair but I need to work on my glutes.

“I rock around in my chair doing my exercises, I’m a very good, compliant patient.

“It has been frustrating but family and friends have been invaluable, the hospital was absolutely superb and the university has been exceptional.”

Rennie made history in 1997 when he became the Premier League‘s first black referee, officiating a match between Derby County and Wimbledon.

An FA statement read: “The FA Refereeing Department is saddened to hear of the passing of former FIFA and Premier League referee, Uriah Rennie.

“Uriah will forever be remembered as a true trailblazer of the game. Our thoughts are with Uriah’s family and friends at this time.”

Police win funding battle with Rachel Reeves after warning to cut services

POLICE chiefs have won their funding battle with the Chancellor to increase their budgets after warning of cuts to services, The Sun understands.

Rachel Reeves will put forward a real-terms increase after they demanded a rise.

It came amid fears some crimes would have to be ignored — and after heated talks between the Chancellor and Home Secretary Yvette Cooper ahead of Wednesday’s spending review.

It also emerged last night that Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner has settled her spending plans amid fears of cuts to housing and council budgets.

Meanwhile, the 10million pensioners who lost winter fuel payments last year will find out as early as today whether they will have it reinstated after a screeching policy U-turn.

Pressure was put on Ms Reeves to up police funding as forces insisted they could hit breaking point over the early prisoner release scheme.

Force leaders warned PM Sir Keir Starmer any settlement failing to address their inflation and pay pressures would leave them making “stark choices” about investigations to pursue.

Labour pledges, including halving knife crime, were also said to be in jeopardy without the extra funding.

Cabinet minister Peter Kyle yesterday appeared to signal the boost was coming, telling the BBC: “We expect the police to start embracing the change they need to do, to do their bit for change as well.

“We are doing our bit.

“You see a Chancellor that is striving to get investment to the key parts of our country that needs it the most.”

The Tories accused Labour of “splurging” on wasteful projects.

When Shadow Home Secretary Chris Philp was pushed on where he would cut, he said he would “go further” on welfare.
