Watch ‘petrified’ man get worshipped by THREE women in front of girlfriend in shocking Channel 4 show

CONTROVERSIAL new series Open House: The Great Sex Experiment aired some of its most shocking scenes yet on Friday – as a woman watched a man being “worshipped” by a string a of ladies.

The chaotic sex-positive show aims to help those who are wanting to open up their relationship, with a group of couples being invited to a retreat to experiment.

Looked after by non-monogamy coach Effy Blue, the group are encouraged to have sexual encounters with each other in order to test their relationship boundaries.

On Friday’s episode, Exeter-based teenage sweethearts Lauren and Tom were the newest additions to the group, wanting to feel more confident in having an open relationship.

After getting engaged three months ago, it was Tom who was struggling most with the idea, admitting he has found himself struggling to perform in a multiple-person sexual scenario.

He’s also suffering from self-esteem issues after being diagnosed with Sudden Death Syndrome, a heart condition that has meant he can no longer go to the gym, putting on weight as a result.

The bisexual bride-to-be admitted to Effy that she didn’t “feel complete” with either men or women, and had a hard time accepting being with just one person for the rest of her life.

Setting up a barn dance mixer, the couple were told to invite others into their room for foreplay, with Tom taking the lead in a situation that doesn’t necessarily lead to sex or his need to perform.

However, when three couples say yes, Tom admits he “felt petrified and sick” as he’s tied and blindfolded to a bed.

With Lauren watching on excitedly from the sidelines with a glass of wine, Tom lets the women take control as they start caressing, kissing and touching him.

One purred to him: “You’re getting worshipped, you’re getting all the attention.”

Sharing his fears, Tom said: “I definitely want to make Lauren happy, I will try anything. To jump this hurdle this early, in my head, I can’t perform. I just freeze.

“Once I’m in that rut, I can’t get out of the rut.”

As the episode came to an end, it seems the events of the night take a toll on Tom, who is heard vomiting in the bathroom.

However, with Lauren insistent on wanting to make the open relationship work, will they be able to survive the retreat?

I took a risk and ordered a £269 bed from Shein – it’s complete with storage, LED lights and even charges my phone

MANY of us will have ordered clothes, shoes or maybe even holiday accessories from Shein, but did you know that you can buy beds from there too?

Recently, we’ve seen shoppers take the risk and nab themselves fresh new sofas from Temu, but now it appears that people are beginning to order box-fresh furniture from Shein

A mother named Shaks explained that she “wanted to take a risk” and bought herself a brand new bed frame from Shein.

While she recognised that it was confusing to put together, she was thrilled with her new bedroom purchase, which cost her just £269.99.

Not only does it have LED lights and four storage drawers, but it’s even got a charger port too – yes, you heard that correctly.

Eager to show others her new bargain buy, Shaks took to social media and gave her followers a close-up look at the functional bed frame, which is a gorgeous linen beige.

Showing off her Flieks Upholstered Bed, which is still available to order online, Shaks said: “I bought a bed from Shein so you don’t have to.”

Showing off the process of putting the frame together, Shaks explained: “Well, to start off with, those confused the instructions – the Shein manufacturer needs to redo them because we had to undo, start again about three, four times.”

The content creator then showed off the bedside charging port and storage drawers.

Following this, she shared: “It was looking a bit small at first but it actually worked out great.

“I can honestly say, you can buy your bed from Shein – it even comes with LED lights.”

The LED Light Bed, which has four storage drawers and a slatted frame, was originally priced at £519.98, but has now been reduced to £259.99.

In a follow-up clip, just weeks after getting the bed, Shaks revealed: “It’s still standing, it’s firm, it’s strong, the colour is good.”

Despite this, the mother acknowledged: “The only problem that I find with this bed is that it’s too low, so if you’ve got back problems I personally wouldn’t recommend it.”

What is Shein and is it legit?

Shein is an online-only fast-fashion retailer, based out of China, that has become a number one shopping destination for many around the world.

The company was valued at $66billion in 2023, dwarfing that of popular high street brands Zara and H&M.

The fashion retailer was founded in late 2008, by entrepreneur and marketing specialist Xu Yangtian, also known as Chris Xu.

Shein is a legitimate selling website and is not a phishing scam.

But you may receive a disappointing order or run into shipping issues if you order from the site, according to reviews.

There have been swathes of quality complaints, which makes sense when looking at the price tag.

Having said that, she recognised that the bed, which doesn’t come with a mattress, is “good for Shein.”

Social media users react

The TikTok clip, which was posted under the username @shaks6, has clearly left many open-mouthed, as it has quickly gone viral and racked up a jaw-dropping 20.3 million views.

Not only this, but it’s also amassed 1.4 million likes, 4,665 comments and 125,800 saves.

Social media users were left stunned by the affordable bed and many eagerly raced to the comments to express this.

Shein is taking things to another level

TikTok user

One person said: “I didn’t know they sold beds.”

Another added: “Buying a bed from Shein is so crazy.”

A third commented: “DON’T TEMPT ME.”

Meanwhile, someone else claimed: “Shein is taking things to another level.”

How does Shein work and are other brands listed on their website?

Known for their cheap clothing, Shein sells its own products and acts as a marketplace for third-party sellers.

They do not sell designer brands, and in the past have been plagued by accusations of counterfeits and copyright violations.

Previously brands like Ralph Lauren and Oakley have sued the fashion giant for violating their intellectual property rights.

Whilst another user wrote: “At this point, they have everything. They need to start selling Mr. Right too now man.”

And it’s not only Shaks that shared a positive review of the purse-friendly bed, as online Shein shoppers have also raved about the furniture.

Lovely bed, love the USB and the lights. The drawers are a bonus, quite spacious

Shein shopper

One shopper beamed: “Sooooo good, easy to assemble and even comes with a charging port. I am in love!!!”

A second simply penned: “Absolutely love!”

Whilst another praised: “Lovely bed, love the USB and the lights. The drawers are a bonus, quite spacious.”

Major mobile network is giving customers FREE access to Disney+ – check your account now before it’s gone

DISNEY+ fans can now bag three months of the streaming service completely free – but the deal won’t be around for long.

The offer is being handed out by Vodafone to eligible customers across the UK via the VeryMe Rewards app.

If you don’t cancel after three months, you’ll be charged £4.99 per month starting automatically[/caption]

It runs from 5 June 2025 until 8 June 2025, so you’ve only got a short window to grab it.

To claim it, open the My Vodafone app on your smartphone, head to the VeryMe Rewards section, and tap on the Disney+ banner if it’s available to you.

Hit ‘Claim’ and follow the steps to activate your free 3-month subscription to Disney+ Standard with Ads.

The offer is open to new and returning Disney+ subscribers aged 18 or over.

There’s no catch – you’ll get full access to Disney+ content with ads, and you can cancel at any time.

If you don’t cancel after three months, you’ll be charged £4.99 per month starting automatically.

The Disney+ Standard with Ads plan includes everything from classic Disney favourites to Marvel blockbusters and exclusive original series.

You can stream on up to two devices at once in Full HD quality.

Featured on the platform is The Stolen Girl, a gripping mystery about the kidnapping of nine-year-old Lucia following a sleepover at her friend’s house.

Other titles available include Flintoff, the raw documentary on the sporting icon, Good American Family, a chilling true-life adoption tale, and The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.

Also on offer is Dying for Sex, a heartbreakingly funny FX series that’s been getting rave reviews.

All are included in the standard plan, so you won’t miss out on any content.

Only one subscription can be claimed per user, and you’ll need to check your VeryMe Rewards to see if you qualify.

If you’re already paying for Disney+, you’ll need to cancel and wait until your billing period ends before you can resubscribe and use the offer – if eligible.

This comes just as Disney+ prepares to raise its prices.

From 24 March, the Premium annual plan went from £79.90 to £109.90, and monthly Premium jumped from £7.99 to £10.99.

The cheaper ad-supported tier now costs £4.99 a month – the same as Vodafone’s offer once the trial ends.

But Vodafone isn’t the only way to watch without paying.

Selected Samsung phones, tablets and laptops come with either six or twelve months of Disney+ Standard.

The perk applies to devices bought recently and some older models too. Check your eligibility on Samsung’s Boost page.

Join or upgrade to Uber One’s annual subscription, and you may receive an email offering 12 months of Disney+ Standard.

It’s worth checking your inbox or app notifications if you’re a subscriber.

If you bank with Lloyds and have a Club Lloyds account, you can choose a Disney+ subscription as your free yearly lifestyle benefit. It’s easy to activate through your online banking or app.

With rising streaming costs, these hidden perks could save you more than £100 a year. If you’re already paying for Disney+, it might be time to cancel, check your subscriptions, and claim a free one through your network, bank or tech provider.

SUBSCRIPTION TRICK – SAVE HUNDREDS!

Once you've checked your subscription renewals, try the swap trick too...

Here’s a clever method from The Sun’s tech editor Sean Keach:

Look, streaming bills are a nightmare. Especially when it comes to TV.

There are loads of services – all packed with top telly – that demand your cash.

So consider rotating them instead.

Cancel all of them but, say, Disney+, then watch that for a month.

Now bin it, and move on to Netflix, and enjoy that content library.

Then scrap that, and swap to Amazon’s Prime Video for the third month.

Once you’re done (or you’ve added a fourth service to your mix), start over from the beginning.

It means you get to watch all of the top TV shows and movies on these services without paying for a full 12 months for each. You’ll save hundreds over a year.

Full list of freebies and discounts you can claim in June worth up to £40,000 if you’re on PIP

MILLIONS of people claiming the personal independent payment (PIP) can get access to a range of freebies and discounts this month.

PIP is a payment that is given to people with a long-term illness, disability or mental health condition to help with their extra living costs.

Millions of people who receive PIP can get freebies and discounts this month[/caption]

The payment is worth up to £187.45 a week and the money is paid once a month.

To claim it you need to be over the age of 16 but under the state pension age, which is currently 66.

You also need to have a health condition or disability that has caused difficulties with daily living, mobility or both for at least three months.

PIP is made up of two parts and whether you can claim one or both of these depends on how much your condition impacts you.

The daily living part is given to people who need help with everyday tasks.

The weekly rate for this is either £73.90 or £110.40.

Meanwhile, the mobility part is for people who need help getting around.

On this part the weekly rate is either £29.20 or £77.05 – and you could get both elements.

In addition to the benefit payments, if you claim PIP then you can also get a range of additional perks and discounts, such as a Blue Badge or capped water bills.

Here we reveal a full list of benefits you can claim this month.

Blue badge

If you receive PIP then you are automatically eligible for a blue badge if you either:

  • Scored eight points or more in the ‘moving around’ part of your PIP assessment.
  • Scored ten points in the ‘planning and following journeys’ section of your PIP assessment and were put in category ‘E’. This means your stress, anxiety or other mental health issues stop you from leaving the house.

You should be able to find this information on your PIP decision letter.

But you can still get a badge if you have long-term problems walking or going to places, including problems caused by stress, anxiety or other mental health issues.

What is PIP?

HOUSEHOLDS suffering from a long-term illness, disability or mental health condition can get extra help through personal independence payments (PIP).

The maximum you can receive from the Government benefit is £172.75 a week.

PIP is for those over 16 and under the state pension age, currently 66.

Crucially, you must also have a health condition or disability where you either have had difficulties with daily living or getting around – or both- for three months, and you expect these difficulties to continue for at least nine months (unless you’re terminally ill with less than 12 months to live).

You can also claim PIP if you’re in or out of work and if you’re already getting limited capability for work and work-related activity (LCWRA) payments if you claim Universal Credit.

PIP is made up of two parts and whether you get one or both of these depends on how severely your condition affects you.

You may get the mobility part of PIP if you need help going out or moving around. The weekly rate for this is either £26.90 or £71.

While on the daily living part of PIP, the weekly rate is either £68.10 or £101.75 – and you could get both elements, so up to £172.75 in total.

You can claim PIP at the same time as other benefits, except the armed forces independence payment.

Make a claim by calling the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) on 0800 917 2222.

You are also eligible if you have severe problems using both arms.

You need to contact your local council to apply for a Blue Badge.

You can use your PIP award letter to apply but some councils may charge you a fee.

The most you can be charged in England is £10 and £20 in Scotland.

It is free in Wales.

Once you receive the badge you can use car parking spaces that are closer to entrances and may be larger.

You can also park on single or double yellow lines for up to three hours, unless there are loading or unloading restrictions.

Discounted days out

If you receive PIP then you could get discounts on days out and memberships.

You may be able to save on cinemas, theatres, theme parks and zoos.

The charity Scope has a guide outlining some of the discounts on offer.

To find out more visit scope.org.uk/advice-and-support/free-discount-event-pa.

If you have a carer then you may also be able to get two for one tickets to hundreds of attractions.

For example, your carer may be entitled to discounted or free entry to National Trust and English Heritage properties.

Similarly, the UK Cinema Association offers CEA cards that will give your carer a free ticket at participating cinemas.

All Merlin Entertainment attractions also offer one complimentary pass per disabled person.

Buying a Merlin Annual Pass will get you a free Carer Pass which can be used by anyone assisting you on the day.

Benefit top-ups

If you receive certain benefits then you may be able to get a top-up, which is called a disability premium.

To be eligible you will need to receive one of the following along with PIP:

  • Housing benefit
  • Jobseeker’s allowance
  • Employment and support allowance
  • Pension credit – but only if you get the PIP daily living component

You should contact the office that is in charge of your benefits.

Tell them that you get PIP and ask them what other help you can get.

You may need to send them a copy of your PIP award letter.

They should be able to tell you how much extra you will get.

Vehicle tax reduction

If you claim the standard rate mobility part of PIP then you can get a 50% reduction in vehicle tax.

Vehicle tax, also known as road tax, is a fee you need to pay to use your car on public roads.

To qualify for a discount the vehicle must be registered in the disabled person’s name or their nominated driver’s name.

To apply for a reduction you will need to make claim and provide the following documents:

  • A letter or statement from the Department for Work and Pensions that shows your PIP rate and the dates you’re getting it.
  • The vehicle log book (V5C).
  • A V10 form.
  • Evidence of a current MOT, if you need one. For example, this could be a copy of your vehicle’s MOT history or your MOT certificate, if you have one.
  • A cheque or payable order (made out to “DVLA, Swansea”) for 50% of the full rate of car tax for the vehicle.

You should send your application to DVLA, Swansea, SA99 1BF.

If you are on the enhanced rate of PIP then you could qualify for a complete exemption from vehicle tax.

If you are applying for the first time, you need to visit your nearest Post Office branch.

You can find your nearest branch at postoffice.co.uk/branch-finder or call 0345 722 3344.

Lease a vehicle

If you are awarded the enhanced rate of the mobility component of PIP and have at least 12 months left on your current allowance, you may be able to join the Motability Scheme.

Through the scheme you can use your qualifying mobility allowance to lease a new vehicle.

The scheme will cover your insurance, servicing and breakdown.

For more information about joining the scheme and to explore the range of available vehicles, you can request an information pack from the Motability Scheme website.

Disabled Facilities Grant

You may be able to apply for a Disabled Facilities Grant if you are disabled and want to make changes to your home to suit your needs.

For example, you may want to build an extension or install ramps.

The exact amount you could get depends on where you live.

How to cut your bills

IF you're struggling financially, you might be able to cut the cost of your bills to help you get out of the red.

Council tax: You can apply for a council tax reduction on the Gov.uk website but you’ll need to meet certain criteria. Your bill could be cut by as much as 100 per cent if you’re on a low income or claim benefits. Carers who look after someone in the household for at least 35 hours a week are also exempt from paying.

Water: Households might be able to save money by getting a water meter but it all depends on how much you’re using. To check if it’s finacially worthwhile, use the Consumer Council for Water’s free ater meter calculator.

Rent: If you have the space available and your landlord or local authority says it’s ok to do so, you might want to consider getting a flatmate. Not only will you split the cost of the rent, but also the other bills.

Hire purchase: If you’re struggling to make your repayments on your hire purchase, you can usually end the contract by returning the goods. You will have to pay all the instalments due up to the time you end the agreement but this will limit the amount you owe. Contact Citizens Advice for free for more help with this.

Gas and electricty: MoneySavingExpert says families can save £330 on average by switching from Standard Variable Tariffs (SVTs) to a better rate. Use a comparison site such as MoneySuperMarket or Energyhelpline to see what deals are available.

Mortgage: If you get into debt with your mortgage payments, don’t wait for your lender to chase you. Work out what you can afford using the Citizens Advice budgeting tool so you can discuss your payment options moving forward with your mortgage provider.

Secured Loan: Your secured loan might be covered by the Consumer Credit Act and if it is, you may be able to apply for a Time Order. This is a special agreement by the courts allowing you more time to make payments. Secured loans not covered by the Consumer Credit Act include gas, electricity or water meters, payments that need to be written off in full, mortgages, credit union loans, loans from an employer and some short term trade agreements.

County Court Judgements: If you receive a County Court claim form talk to a free debt advice service straight away. This includes Citizens Advice (0808 800 9060), StepChange (0800 138 1111) and the National Debtline (0808 808 4000).

TV licence: Some households are eligible for a reduced fee or free TV Licence. Check here to see if you are entitled to a reduced or free rate.

If you live in England then you could get up to £30,000, while those who live in Wales could get £36,000 and up to £25,000 in Northern Ireland.

You will need to apply through your local council, which must give you a decision within six months.

Free prescriptions

If your disability means that you are eligible for PIP then you may also be able to get free NHS prescriptions.

Whether you are eligible will depend on your specific medical condition.

Certain illnesses such as epilepsy and diabetes automatically entitle you to free prescriptions.

To get them you will need to apply for a medical exemption certificate, which is a card that fits in your wallet.

To apply visit your doctor and request an FP92A form.

Your doctor should be able to help you with the process.

Disabled person’s railcard

People who receive PIP may be able to save a third on train travel with a Disabled Persons Railcard.

The card costs £20 for one year or £54 for three years.

On average it could save you up to £126 but the exact amount will depend on how often you travel by train.

To apply visit disabledpersons-railcard.co.uk.

You will need a copy of your award letter showing that you have received PIP in the past 12 months.

Water bills

Some water suppliers provide help for customers who receive certain benefits, such as PIP, through their WaterSure scheme.

To qualify you need to have a water meter and need to use a lot of water due to a medical condition.

The scheme works by capping your bills and does not impact your credit score.

The cap depends on where you live.

For example, Severn Trent will cap your fresh water bill at £321.23 a year, while for sewerage it is £234.66.

This means in total you would pay up to £555.89 a year.

Who is eligible for the scheme varies depending on your supplier, so check directly with them to see if you qualify.

My NASA scientist dad was convinced he found alien life on Mars – his evidence must be taken seriously

THE son of a NASA scientist who was convinced he found aliens on Mars is begging the space agency to search again.

American engineer Gilbert Levin was convinced until he died aged 97 that he had made the discovery while working the Viking Mars landers mission in 1976.

Could there really be micro-organisms on Mars?[/caption]

Ron Levin, 67, is now continuing his dad’s work – and calling on NASA and SpaceX to re-run the experiment ahead of the first manned mission to the Red Planet, scheduled for the 2030s.

He fears that ignoring possible evidence of life on Mars could exposure astronauts to unknown contagions – and they could even bring them back to Earth.

Gilbert rocked the science community in 1976 when he claimed he’d found microbial life on Mars during the Viking Project mission.

But Levin’s theory was dismissed by NASA, who had contracted him to run tests on Martian soil.

He spent the rest of his life adamant he’d been the first man to discover aliens before his death in 2021 at the age of 97.

Just months before he died – he even wrote a column for the prestigous Scientific American explaining his theory and evidence.

Ron, also an engineer, told The Sun: “People are afraid of what would happen if there is life on Mars, and if humans were exposed to it.

“In theory, we could lose the entire Earth to an infection from a Martian organism, that’s the worst fear.

“The smart thing would be to send my dad’s new experiment back to Mars to check on it, see if it can repeat the result.”

He added: “I do believe, at a high level, NASA knows there is existent microbial life on Mars. Why they are withholding this fact I don’t know.”

During the 1976 missions, NASA landed two Viking landers on Mars.

Gilbert concluded the presence of radioactive gas he said showed signs of life.

But NASA ran separate experiments from Viking and determined the soil did not show signs of life.

Ron believes his dad made a key “political mistake” that prevented his findings being taken seriously.

He added: “I think my dad made a political mistake in the beginning.

“He went before a press conference and he said he thought it probably looks like life. But the project manager of Viking who was there told my dad afterwards you should just say you discovered life.

“The American press doesn’t have the room for prevarication, you either believe in your statement or you don’t. I believed it.

“My father was more of a scientist and he wanted to check everything, and over the subsequent years, he did.

“He tested every hypothesis NASA could come up with. So I think that’s part of what happened, because really, it’s in the minds of the American public who paid for it.”

Illustration showing the distance between Earth and Mars, noting that Mars' distance varies depending on its orbit, with a closest distance of 33.9 million miles and a furthest distance of 250 million miles.

NASA's mission to Mars

NASA hopes to send astronauts to Mars as early as the 2030s.

The space company has been working to advance its technologies in a bid to send a human crew to the Red Planet.

It would take astronauts up to nine months to reach Mars – which even at its closest is 33.9 million miles away.

Astronauts could then spend up to 500 days on the planet’s surface before returning to Earth – which would take another nine months.

The crew would spend their time on the planet collecting data and assessing the planetary alignment that would allow the spacecraft to land and depart from Mars on the same orbit.

Last year, the agency completed a year-long simulated mission that saw four crew members out in a replica habitat in Houston, Texas.

They logged 378 days in the 1,700-square-foot, 3D-printed habitat called Mars Dune Alpha.

He added: “Additionally, there have been a lot of other thoughts that it violates some religious idea that life was formed on Earth and so on.

“And some people feel that it’s a cover up for bacteriological warfare.

“We might want to go get Martian organisms and see if they’re good for use on our enemies, and maybe that would be a reason for the government to keep it secret.”

Among those who believe Levin found aliens on Mars is Barry DeGregorio, an honorary research fellow at the Buckingham Centre for Astrobiology.

The Discovery on Vera Rubin Ridge, Trace Fossils on Mars author recently told The Sun of his belief NASA conceals evidence to boost publicity for its first manned mission scheduled for the 2030s.

He also claims to have spotted alien fossils on the Red Planet.

Ron claims he has been in touch with SpaceX about running the experiment again but has been told to prepare it himself.

Illustration of Mars with facts about its size, distance from Earth, and average surface temperature.

He added: “I met another engineering fellow who had contacts at SpaceX and she got us in to see SpaceX about the new experiment about two years ago. And they liked the experiment.

“And they said, we don’t really have money to pay for you, but if you would build it, we will give it a free ride to Mars on one of the starship launches coming up soon.

“And so we are looking for about $5million to build it and it was a great moment.”

Ron also questioned ambitions plans by billionaire Elon Musk to build a human colony on Mars through his SpaceX company.

Last year, Musk suggested humans could be living there in as little as four years and develop a self-sustaining city 16 years later.

But Ron believes this poses a severe danger without carrying out the kind of experiments his dad did first.

He added: “Mars is a very dangerous place, even without microorganisms. A colony on Mars depends on the perfect performance of equipment that was sent from Earth in order to provide water, build the oxygen environment and keep the pressure and never leak.

“In addition to all those things, you could also become infected with some Martian organism that’s communicable and die.

“It’s one of those things I can’t even put a percentage on, although I feel that’s a low percentage.”

NASA has been approached for a response.

Thomas Tuchel has cut three players from his matchday squad, including Bukayo Saka, ahead of England’s World Cup qualifier against Andorra.

Atletico Madrid’s Conor Gallagher as well as Ollie Watkins, who has been carrying a minor injury, have also been omitted.

Arsenal star Saka, a mainstay of England’s successful sides under Gareth Southgate, endured a season cut short in its prime by the hamstring tear he sustained back in November.

The 23-year-old made his planned return in April and starred in Arsenal’s run to the semi finals of the Champions League but scored only three times in 13 games after making his comeback.

Tuchel revealed at Friday’s pre-match press conference that Saka had managed to complete just one full training session this week and his absence is likely linked to his lack of fitness, according to the BBC.

Saka is yet to feature for England since Tuchel’s appointment and it remains to be seen whether or not he will remain with the squad ahead of next week’s friendly against Senegal.

Regardless of Saka’s fitness, the Three Lions are expected to make short work of this evening’s opponents Andorra, who are ranked 173rd in the world, and continue their 100% start to qualification with a third successive win.

The German wants a ‘relentless’ display against the minnows from Andorrain what will represent his first away game in charge.

Tuchel knows it is a matter of how many his side win by on Saturday, when he wants the team to show patience and persistence.

‘It will be on us to get going,’ Tuchel said. ‘I think it is on us to keep the tempo high, it is on us to bring the energy to the pitch.

‘It is on us to bring the attacking energy to the pitch and to do this in a relentless way.

‘I can fully understand that this is not the easiest time of the season for an international break. The players come from a short break of holiday, from a long and tiring season and then accepting again the role.

‘It can be demanding but what I feel from the group is they are to be here.

‘We are quite new together, it’s our second camp and I have trust and belief that we will do what is necessary to get the result that we want.

‘We want a win. We want a clear and solid win that is never in danger. This is what we expect from us tomorrow.

‘It is important not to over expect from us in terms of already a clear result, biggest chances, goals already after 10-20 minutes, and get impatient and get frustrated with ourselves.

‘I think it’s a test to our patience. Andorra played against Spain and it was 1-0 at half-time with a set-piece.

‘It’s a World Cup qualifier. Respect your opponent, you respect the quality, the defensive organisation of your opponent and you understand how difficult it is to break down.’
