Zara McDermott rakes in over £4k a WEEK from TV career as her massive salary is revealed amid Louis Tomlinson romance
ZARA McDermott raked in over £4k a WEEK from her TV career as her massive salary is revealed.
Love Island star Zara, 28, who is currently dating Louis Tomlinson, 33, banked £4,438 per week last year at Zara Nicole McDermott Limited, the private firm into which she channels her earnings.

Her profits there working out at £230,805 for the year – with the documentary maker sitting on £705,688 in assets and retaining £540,718 after bills.
Her assets comprised £523,030 in cash, £161,431 in investments, £14,929 in and tangible assets at £6,298.
No turnover is reported in the figures, signed off by Zara on 30th May and filed at Companies House today.
Running the year ended 31 August 2024, they report £38,186 increase in the value of her investments with Zara employing two members of staff to help look after her riches.
The small print also revealing loans from the business to Zara at £122,798 during the year, with £14,929 outstanding as at year end.
It’s the best year so far for her at the business, which she set up in 2018.
Its nature of business is listed as ‘photographic activities not elsewhere classified’.
Zara pocketing a £23,661 profit in her first year or trading, £43,796 in 2020, £61,891 in 2021, £13,378 in 2022 and £167,187 last year.
Zara Nicole McDermott is one of two active businesses listed for her on Companies House – her other firm, Tiger Mac Properties, was set up last year.
Its nature of business is listed as ‘buying and selling of own real estate.’
In February this year, it reported borrowings from Nottingham Building Society.
Secured against a property in South London, suggesting it owns a £500,000 flat in a 1990s block in Wandsworth.
Zara has fronted documentaries for the BBC including Revenge Porn, Uncovering Rape Culture, Love in the Flesh and Disordered Eating.
Zara recently returned from a getaway to Costa Rica with One Direction singer Louis.
The Perfect hitmaker and reality beauty couldn’t keep their hands off each other on a sun-soaked day out.
They were spotted hiring a quad bike, with Louis taking the lead as they cruised through town.
The History singer wore an orange T-shirt and white shorts, which he teamed with black sunglasses and a baseball cap.
Zara stunned in loose white trousers and a crop top layered over her green bikini.
At one point Louis puffed on a cigarette while they waited for their ride, with a smitten Zara wrapping her arms around him.
Louis returned the affection by gently squeezing her bum and planting a kiss.
They were later seen grinning at each other before hopping on the quad bike and driving away.
Louis flew the Strictly star out in first class to a secluded villa last week.
He’s currently working on new music there and wanted to spend some quality time with Zara after going public with their romance.
She was previously seen locking lips with her new pop star beau as they dined at a restaurant.
A source said: “Louis and Zara are going from strength to strength.
“He got his team to organise her first-class travel from London to Costa Rica.
“It meant Zara was unable to attend the TV Baftas but she is keen to spend as much time with Louis as possible.”
Louis will be back in the UK for Soccer Aid next week and is set to play on the England side with Zara’s ex Sam Thompson.
Zara split from former Made In Chelsea star Sam in January, moving out of Sam’s West London home, and leaving behind the two cats they shared.
She has decided to skip Soccer Aid to avoid an awkward run-in with her ex.
Zara and Louis confirmed their romance on holiday in Los Angeles over a month ago.
The pair were snapped holding hands in a sweet PDA during their trip to the US.
The Sun revealed they were an item after they were spotted enjoying an overnight stay at The Suffolk in Aldeburgh in exclusive photos.
It came amid reports that Zara had formed close bonds with Louis’ sisters Phoebe and Daisy.
They recently teased a new reality show, with sources claiming Zara has been helping them behind the scenes thanks to her experience as a TV presenter and documentary maker.

With questions over many I have every confidence in my massive 14-1 Epsom Derby NAP
THE Aga wins the Aga Derby. That’s fairytale stuff, isn’t it? I’m not so sure.
I’m talking, of course, about Midak, one of the French raiders supplemented into Saturday’s Group 1 Betfred Derby, the world’s most famous Classic beamed to you live on ITV.

Derby Day should always be something special for anyone who loves the thoroughbred.
For many it’s the ultimate test of the Flat racehorse, and it has tested the best.
Winners like Nijinsky, Mill Reef, Nashwan and Sea The Stars… as well as those in defeat like Dancing Brave and El Gran Senor.
The twists and turns are one thing, the stamina test over a mile and a half of the Epsom Downs another.
Will he stay? That will be the question many ask about the majority of today’s runners.
It’s certainly a doubt for 2,000 Guineas hero Ruling Court, who was hardly mentioned after being chased home by fast-finishing Field of Gold at HQ.
Could it just be Ruling Court was the best horse for William Buick and Charlie Appleby? Time will tell.
Delacroix really should stay for the Derby King of Trainers, Aidan O’Brien.
But Ballysax and Leopardstown Derby Trial victor Delacroix is by Dubawi.
In itself that is no bad thing.
But the super stallion has had nine runners to date in seven different editions of the Derby and none of them has finished in the first four.
Dubawi himself ran in the 2005 Derby, eventually going down eight lengths to Motivator.
That was six years after his sire, Dubai Millennium, met the only defeat of his career when sent off the favourite for the Derby.
Pride of Arras has only raced twice but looked very useful when romping home from Damysus in a slowly run Dante at York which saw The Lion In Winter pull his chance away in the first two furlongs.
Ralph Beckett’s challenger, ridden by Hector Crouch, is bred to stay and could be the real deal for owner-breeder Mrs David Aykroyd.
Her colours are also carried by Amiloc, who hacked up at Goodwood the other day but can’t run here as he’s been gelded.
Lambourn is a similar type to Los Angeles who ran well behind stable companion City of Troy last year.
Another O’Brien raider, Lambourn is proven over further having landed the Chester Vase but he was beaten by Delacroix in the Ballysax.
The other I want to mention, before I get on to Midak, is Stanhope Gardens, who is another for Beckett and has always appeared to be a Derby type.
Last season Stanhope Gardens was only beaten a neck by Delacroix in the Autumn Stakes at Newmarket. That puts him bang in the mix.
The son of Ghaiyyath is bred to stay well and had effectively a racecourse gallop at Salisbury the other day when winning an event put on especially for him.
But let’s get back to my French fancy Midak.

He runs in the colours of Aga Khan Studs SCEA in a Derby run in memory of His Highness Aga Khan IV.
That means he carries the green and red silks that have been worn at Epsom by legends like Shergar, Shahrastani, Kahyasi, Sinndar and Harzand.
So, naturally, a Francis-Henri Graffard-trained Midak victory would be fairytale stuff under Mickaël Barzalona, who won this on Pour Moi in 2011.
Midak is out of a mare by Sinndar and is already very useful.
My hope is unbeaten in three races and his form suggests he’s a solid, improving Group 2 horse, having scored well over an extended 1m2f at Saint-Cloud last time.
He kept on well that day suggesting this trip would suit and of course he’s bred for it.
“He’s definitely a horse improving with his races and will definitely get the trip,” explained Nemone Routh, racing manager for the Aga Khan Studs.
“We’re not sure on his form lines and how it stacks up, but all he can do is win and he’s won every start.
“He’s going to have to handle the track and he’s a big horse with a big, long stride. Mickael Barzalona thinks he will handle the track because he’s well balanced.
“We would be very happy to see him finish in the first three or even first five, but he is a bit of an unknown quantity and he does everything easily at home. It’s a little bit of a shot in the dark, but we thought it was worth it.”
It’s the type of Derby to simply ‘have a go’.
And there would be no more poignant victory than one for Midak.

Travelers warned over ‘underweight’ bag issue as flyer is stopped by airline agent – it was all down to what was inside
ONE disgruntled passenger has come under fire for their bag – which was deemed too light.
A frustrated Delta Air Lines passenger shared his confusing experience on Reddit – which garnered plenty of attention.

The vexed traveler wrote: “I bought some large lightweight souvenirs that wouldn’t fit in my checked bag or carry-on, so I stuffed them into the secret duffel bag that I always bring for such contingencies and tried to check it.
“Imagine my surprise when the agent said I couldn’t check my fluffy bag because it didn’t weigh enough! Is this the bizarro luggage counter?”
He continued: “The agent said I should go ahead and take it as a third carry-on, but I didn’t want to get hassled by the gate agent. I’ve read in this sub that the counter agents will say stuff just to get rid of you, only to have the GA say ‘nuh-uh’.
“I didn’t want to be forced to gate-check my backpack… so I found some heavy things in my other carry-ons to bring it up to three kilos.
“Has this happened to anyone else? What do you think is the reasoning behind this? Maybe they have some weight-based tracking systems that wouldn’t work?
“Are they worried my bag could literally slip through a crack? I wonder if there are also minimum dimension requirements?”
Users commented: “Might have been too lightweight and flexible to make it through the sorting machines and various belts to get from the bag check conveyor to the plane.
“Need some heft to push through turns and flaps and rollers.”
A second admitted: “I work at the airport and I see how the ramp people treat those bags. They also get stuck between the belts.”
A third suggested: “Could easily be blown from the belt or from the cart.”
“It actually makes perfect sense. The bags get thrown around, piled on etc. Your lightweight half-empty bag would have been smushed like a pancake. The only checkable bags are tightly packed ones that wouldn’t get damaged in usual handling. Sometimes it’s possible to have things boxed so they can be checked,” proposed a fourth.
A fifth mocked: ” You checking helium balloons?”
“Weight itself definitely isn’t an issue. I’ve checked a small item under 1lb and had no issues,” proclaimed another.
Most airlines list the maximum weight of a checked bag on their website, but they do not state whether there is a minimum weight limit.
Delta’s website lists its price for the first and second “standard checked bag under 50 lbs.”
“I would’ve just checked my carry on and taken souvenirs with me,” another user encouraged.
While Delta’s maximum checked bag weight is on their website, there is no minimum weight limit stated – nor items listed too light to carry.
The website points to a “standard checked bag under 50lbs.”

Hated Man Utd owners The Glazers cost Red Devils £1.2BILLION as club release latest finances
THE GLAZERS have cost Manchester United £1.2billion in their nightmare 20-year reign.
When the controversial Americans purchased the club in June 2005, they paid a whopping £790m.

But the deal was funded by borrowed cash and it dumped £604m in debt onto United, who had just £50m borrowed previously.
As the Glazers reach the two decade mark in charge, over £1bn has been lost in debt interest, debt repayments, dividends and fees to the family.
BBC claim £815m has gone towards debt interest repayments, £166m in dividends to shareholders and £10m in fees to Glazer family companies.
And while things continue to get worse on the pitch, finally, things are at least looking up financially.
Brutal cost-cutting introduced by £1.3bn part owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe are beginning to pay dividends – even if 450 staff jobs were wiped out along with free lunches amidst a host of other spending slashes.
In the club’s accounts for the third quarter of this year, payments to employees by comparison to 12 months ago were down a huge £20m to £71.2m – a drop of almost 22 per cent.
Going out of the 2023-24 Champions League and into the Europa League actually HELPED the figures in not paying extra player bonus costs as well as non-playing staff departures.
Total operating expenses for the quarter were £162.1m, a decrease of £41.6m, or 20.4 per cent, over the prior year quarter.
BEST ONLINE CASINOS – TOP SITES IN THE UK
And operating profit was at £700,000, compared to an operating loss of £66.2m this time last year.
Ratcliffe and his recently downgraded Ineos head honcho Sir Dave Brailsford can point to their financial re-structuring having a near-instant impact.
But chief executive Omar Berrada pointed the finger at the side that finished a shocking 15th in the table – and will have no European football at all in the forthcoming campaign after losing to Tottenham in the last chance saloon Europa League final.
He declared: “We were proud to reach the final of the Europa League but ultimately we were disappointed to finish as runner-up in Bilbao.
“We had a difficult season in the Premier League which we all know fell below our standards and we have a clear expectation of improvement next season.”
Berrada and the rest of the Old Trafford hierarchy are working hard to back boss Ruben Amorim in this summer’s transfer market having already forked out £62.5m – in what will be three instalments – for Matheus Cunha from Wolves.
Despite Ratcliffe warning earlier this year that those sweeping cuts were necessary to stop the club going bust by last Christmas – and concerns over staying within profit and sustainability rules – a £55m bid for Bryan Mbuemo was registered this week.
Brentford want at least £60m for the wide attacker and will almost certainly get their money although United, finances improving or not, will also have to sell.
Alejandro Garnacho has been told he’s going and is valued at £60m while Amorim wants to dump Jadon Sancho, Antony and Marcus Rashford along with Casemiro and Tyrell Malacia.
Yet as United juggle their funds to aid the rebuild, the club point to improvements off the pitch.
Plans for a new £200bn stadium are progressing, Berrada stressing: “We remain focused on infrastructure, with the redevelopment of our Carrington Training Complex continuing and on track.
“It will be the heart of our club, providing world class facilities for all our teams and our staff.
“We have also announced our aspiration to pursue a new 100,000-seater stadium, sitting at the heart of the regeneration of the Old Trafford area, which would be a catalyst for growth and investment in our local community.
“We are continuing to work with all the relevant stakeholders, including central Government, to support their vision for growth.”
Even the dropping value of the US dollar is working in United’s favour.
The club’s American borrowings still stand at $650m – the same as last year at the same time but due to the USD/GBP exchange rate in GBP United now owe £500.9m compared to £511.3m.
United are happy with what they say are “strong revenues which increased by 17.4 per cent driven by additional matchday and broadcast money by thanks to going all the way to Bilbao as opposed to dropping out of last season’s Champions League at the group stage.”

Huge EastEnders star slams time on soap and claims bosses ‘made promises they never kept’
A FORMER EastEnders star has slammed his time on the show and claimed bosses “made promises they didn’t keep”.
Jamie Foreman starred as Derek Branning in EastEnders from November 2011 until December 2012.

Despite being part of one of Walford’s most iconic families, Jamie, 67, has confessed his time as Derek is not “a career highlight”.
Speaking on the Lewis Nicholls Show, he said: “I’m going to be a little bit controversial here.
“I don’t see EastEnders as anywhere near the highlight of my career.
“It was a lovely job and I respect it. But for me… they’d asked me so many times before.”
Recalling the offer from EastEnders, Jamie continued: “They said, ‘it’s with the best family, it’s full on, you can do as long as you want’. I said, ‘I only want to do it for a year’.
“I went and met with them and they made me all manner of promises that they never kept, like ‘you’ll never work a Saturday’. I did every Saturday. I was the first in, last out every day.”
Jamie’s character Derek was killed off during the Christmas Day 2012 episode when he suffered a heart attack.
In his short time as a resident of Albert Square Derek cemented himself as one of the soap’s most notorious bad boys.
He had an affair with Alfie Moon’s wife Kat Slater, tormented Pat Butcher on her death bed and told Sharon Watts’ son Denny the truth about his dad Dennis Rickman.
It’s not the first time Jamie has spoken negatively about his time on the show.
In 2013 he appeared on Daybreak and said: “I hated the scenes in the Queen Vic, I’m terribly sorry to everybody!
“I’m sure a lot of the cast will say the same thing – they’re so long and laborious.
“You’ve got to stand there and wait for somebody over there to stop talking, so you’re listening to that conversation, then it cuts to somebody else. You never shoot a scene quickly in there.”
Victoria Beckham in ‘new feud’ after Brooklyn drama as Geri cuts her out of Spice Girls ‘reunion’
VICTORIA Beckham has reportedly been cut out of the Spice Girls ‘reunion’.
Posh Spice – whose husband David is to be knighted – is said to have been left out of discussions to create Abba-style avatars of the band to ‘perform’ in concert.

It’s after Geri Halliwell-Horner said she wasn’t interested in going on tour when their old manager Simon Fuller began talks about marking the group’s 30th anniversary.
Now a source tells The Mail’s Alison Boshoff that Victoria will not be part of the virtual. line-up, adding: “Simon Fuller planning a tour has caused yet another schism. Victoria is f****d off that they have gone with him and there is no way that she will be a part of it.
“The bad feeling seems to go back to her and David having to spend millions on buying him out of Beckham Brand Holdings.
“He still has a stake and board seat on her fashion business. There is resentment there.
“But Simon Fuller is the only person who could get Geri to rejoin the Spice Girls.
“He is also the one person in the world who could never persuade Victoria.”
It follows a tricky time for Victoria and her family amid a rift with eldest son Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz.
Her husband David celebrated his 50th last month with a string of parties, though Brooklyn stayed away.
Brooklyn’s siblings Romeo, Cruz and Harper all turned out to party with their dad, mum, and A-list names like Tom Cruise and Guy Ritchie.
Meanwhile, the eldest Beckham child and his wife were nowhere to be seen.
My baby was strapped face down & suffocated to death by evil nursery manager – by the time they called me, she was dead
A HEARTBROKEN mum has broken her silence after her baby girl was strapped face down and suffocated to death by a vile nursery manager.
Genevieve Meehan was found unresponsive and blue at Tiny Toes Nursery in Cheadle Hulme, Stockport, on May 9, 2022, after her cries were “simply ignored”, a court heard.

The eight-month-old was rushed to hospital but couldn’t be saved and died later that day.
Kate Roughley, 37, was last month convicted after a jury of six men and six women unanimously found her guilty of manslaughter at Manchester Crown Court.
A year after the horrific incident, Genevieve’s parents, John Meehan and Katie Wheeler, have spoken of their heartbreak after losing the “happiest little person” with an “infection” and “beautiful” laugh.
Just days before she was tragically killed, she had said “dada” for the very first time and was starting to pull herself up to stand.
Speaking to Manchester Evening News, they said: “She had a wonderful relationship with me and her dad, but her favourite person in the whole world is her big big sister.”
Dancing, playing with her toys and cuddling the family dog Beau, were among the tot’s favourite things to do, they said.
Meanwhile, trying new foods and playing on her favourite green tambourine are some the ways she will be remembered.
The pair added: “She just was such a wonderful part of the family and she brought such joy to us all.
“She loved being cuddled, she just wanted to be with you all the time.”
Evil nursery manager
Sickeningly, the qualified nursery nurse “for some inexplicable reason appeared to have taken against Genevieve” in the days before the baby’s death, the court heard.
Roughley’s actions were said to be fuelled by an “illogical and disturbing hostility” towards the youngster which was revealed on CCTV footage from May 5 and 6.
She was subjected to “rough handling” by Roughley, who called her “stress head” and on one occasion told her: “Genevieve go home. Do you have to be so loud and constant? Change the record.”
She was heard chillingly telling the tot to “stop your whinging”.
Prosecutor Peter Wright KC said: “Her hostility to Genevieve was, we say, as illogical as it was disturbing.”

May 9, 2022
1.35pm to 3.12pm – Genevieve was left virtually immobilised and face down for 97 minutes.
The baby was strapped on her front by “means of a harness” on a bean bag rather than a cot or sleeping mat, before being found blue and unresponsive.
She died the same day in hospital.
May 20, 2024
A jury of six men and six women unanimously found Roughley guilty of manslaughter.
May 22, 2024
Roughley is due to be sentenced.
The court was told the baby was strapped on her front by “means of a harness” on a bean bag rather than a cot or sleeping mat.
She was then “practically” covered from head to foot in a blanket that would have heightened her risk of overheating.
Mr Wright said her sleeping position was an “obvious recipe for disaster” after she was left unable to breathe properly.
He added: “Unsurprisingly, Genevieve was distressed by this treatment but her cries were ignored and she was left tightly swaddled, restrained and covered in this position.”
Genevieve was left virtually immobilised and face down between 1.35pm and 3.12pm.
During this time, CCTV showed Roughley heading for a toilet break while telling a colleague: “Just ignore anyone if they start.”
Five minutes later, Genevieve moved her head side-to-side and raised her legs in a way “entirely consistent with an increasingly exhausted child desperately thrashing in order to survive”.
She loved being cuddled, she just wanted to be with you all the time
John Meehan and Katie Wheeler
Tragically, jurors heard Roughley checked other children but not the baby, who “remained on the beanbag seemingly motionless”.
Her mum Katie Wheeler heartbreakingly revealed Genevieve’s final hours before she was dropped off at the nursery by her parents.
She said: “I had put suncream on her, which she found ticklish and funny.
“When I dropped her off [at nursery] I said to her ‘I love you, sweetie’.
“[Genevieve’s dad] John told me he watched her go in and she seemed happy and then I went home and went to work.”
While John told the court how he later received a phonecall from his wife saying their daughter had been found unresponsive.
Genevieve's mum pays tribute in court
In a moving statement, Genevieve’s mum Katie Wheeler said: “I wish to make this statement to talk about and honour my beautiful daughter Genevieve. Gigi was not just a baby, she was a person with her likes and dislikes, her loves and her frustrations. She was a complete person.
“Owing to her beautiful French name, she adopted a French persona in our house and was often voiced by me with a French accent. We used to joke it would be very strange when she started talking properly and would not actually speak French.
“She spent lots of time playing on her toy mat and she was able to support herself while standing, and was also moving around on the floor with great determination and speed, babbling as she liked to and saying ‘dada dada’.”
He was then told the baby was being taken to A&E at Stepping Hill Hospital.
When he arrived, John could see doctors battling to save the stricken youngster.
The dad added: “I remained in hospital as doctors tried to save her. I saw Katie and her mother leave the room. Doctors and nurses approached me and asked if I wanted to go with them.
“I wanted to stay with Genevieve. I overheard the doctors having a conversation about stopping CPR. We were then told they were going to stop treatment and they could not save Genevieve.”
Roughley is a qualified nursery nurse and early years practitioner with 17 years of experience.
At the time of Genevieve’s death, she was the duty baby room leader and in charge of sleep arrangements.
