Chelsea complete their brief pre-season on Sunday when they host AC Milan at Stamford Bridge.
After going all the way to the Club World Cup title earlier this summer, beating PSG in the final on July 13, the Blues needed some time off.
Enzo Maresca’s team were back on the field on Friday when they beat Bayer Leverkusen 2-0 thanks to goals from Estevao and Joao Pedro.
They now take on the Italian giants just a week before the Premier League season starts, when they face Crystal Palace in their opener.
The Blues announced to fans: ‘Before and after the 90 minutes in SW6, there are unique opportunities for fans to celebrate our Club World Cup and Conference League triumphs.

The first takes place before the game, with Blues supporters urged to take their seats by 2.30pm to witness the Club World Cup and Conference League trophies being presented and showcased by Chelsea skipper Reece James and the rest of the first-team squad.
‘After the match, the VisitMalta trophy will be presented and lifted by the winning side. But the two trophies we won last season will then return and will be taken around the Stamford Bridge pitch as the Blues players undertake a lap of appreciation.’

Speaking ahead of the double-header against Leverkusen and AC Milan, Enzo Maresca said: ‘We are going to try for sure to share minutes with all of the players,’ said Maresca. ‘Some of them like [new signing Jorrel] Hato started pre-season very early compared to us.
‘So we are going to try to share minutes with all of them and we will see if we are going to try some different tactical things for the season.
‘It is important to see where we are, but knowing that I could see in the last few days where we are physically.
‘We have now two friendly games, in which we are going to try to share minutes, and then we focus on the Crystal Palace game.’
It was a very young team that started against Leverkusen, with Filip Jorgensen behind a back four of Malo Gusto, Josh Acheampong, Trevoh Chalobah and Marc Cucurella.
Andrey Santos and Moises Caicedo were in midfield with Estevao, Cole Palmer and Tyrique George behind Liam Delap up front.
