“What we propose is very serious and has technical support on the issue of paying taxes (…) It is not something that has to do with a personal matter or an issue against some group or that we are politicizing an issue“It is simply a definition that has been in place since 2008 of a payment that must be made to the public treasury for the benefit of the people of Mexico,” emphasized Sheinbaum Pardo.
Sheinbaum rejects alleged agreement between Salinas Pliego and López Obrador
Yesterday, after the Government rejected an alleged agreement between the Salinas Pliego Group and the Government of the then president Andrés Manuel López Obradorthe conglomerate released a statement in which it accused persecution and that it will take its case to the Inter-American Court of Justice.
