Nina Lucas (Mollie Gallagher) and Summer Spellman (Harriet Bibby) found themselves in a terrifying situation in last night’s Coronation Street after taking drugs at a party.
When Brody Michaelis (Ryan Mulvey) crashed Aadi Alahan’s (Adam Hussain) midsummer party hoping to sell LSD, Aadi confiscated it and threw him out.
Still in possession of the drugs, Aadi, Summer and Nina decided to take them, and it didn’t take long for the hallucinogenics to take effect.
When DS Lisa Swain (Vicky Myers) arrived at the party, Summer and Nina made a quick escape to avoid being caught under the influence of illegal substances.
When they arrived back at the cafe later that night, they were both distraught, having clearly witnessed something traumatic.
Later this week, the pair retrace their steps hoping to find answers to what happened that night.
When they discuss what they witnessed, they agree that they have to keep quiet, though their vow of silence doesn’t last long before it is broken by Nina.
Awash with guilt, Nina confesses to Roy Cropper (David Neilson) that she took hallucinogenic drugs and reveals what she can remember.
