How Is Chef Hak’s Soup Made?

His recipe uses real cream and vine-ripened organic tomatoes, vegetable stock, olive oil, fresh and dried herbs, spices, garlic, apple cider vinegar and a touch of sugar (with a few other ingredients mixed in for color and flavor). It’s kettle cooked for a rich, homestyle touch.

Chef Hak’s soup is USDA organic, gluten-free, non-GMO and packed in eco-friendly “pop and pour” cans that is “a totally new way to package soup”. According to Chef Hak, “this is the best thing to happen since canned soup”, referring to the easy-to-open soup can that resembles a soda can. He goes on to explain that this special packaging is less messy, uses zero plastic, is extremely convenient and always fresh.

Fans reacted to the Instagram post with delight, exclaiming “such a great idea!”, “game changer”, “poppin off!” and “my favorite soup!”. It’s safe to say people are excited for it. We think this soup would be perfect to take to work and heat up at lunchtime, or paired with a sandwich for a quick and nutritious meal (we’re looking at you, grilled cheese).

Who Is Chef Sharone Hak?

If you’re not familiar with Chef Hak, he was featured on season 1 of MasterChef and has hosted and been featured on multiple Food Network, National Geographic, NBC and E! Network shows. He has since launched his frozen and heat-and-eat food company that has launched at retailers across the globe. As a former financial advisor, Chef Hak took a 180-degree career turn to pursue his passion for culinary arts, and shoppers are benefitting from it.
