NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. (WJBF) – On Wednesday, around 11:00 am, North Augusta Public Safety received a call for a house fire at 522 Gentry Lane.
The first unit arrived on scene at 11:01.
The house was about 3/4 involved with fire shooting the roof.
On officer saw one man coming from the carport door suffering from burns. The officer began care until Aiken County EMS arrived.
He has been transported to JMS Burn Center in Augusta.
Crews are still on scene and the fire is now under control.
