Dave Grohl and Jordyn Blum are reportedly ‘happy’ together one year after the rocker’s secret baby scandal.
The Foo Fighters rocker, 56, shocked fans in 2024 after admitting to cheating on wife of 22 years Blum, 49, and fathering a child outside of wedlock with 38-year-old Jennifer Young.
Divorce attorneys were reportedly called into action and then called off, with reports claiming Grohl and Blum were keen to work through their relationship problems.
One year since the revelation, a source has claimed the couple ‘are very happy’ together.
‘She’s forgiven him,’ the insider told People Magazine. ‘They never wanted a divorce though — the idea of splitting up their family was too sad for both of them. They love their girls and they’re both great parents.’
They went on to say that Blum was ‘distraught’ and ‘the betrayal was painful for both of them’, which Grohl ‘felt terrible and begged her to forgive him.’

The source claimed Blum is ‘surrounded by friends who believe in marriage and encouraged her to fight for it.’
‘They’re very happy now,’ they continued. ‘She feels it was all worth fighting for.’
The couple were spotted together in public for the first time since the news broke back in July at Wimbledon, putting on a united front at the prestigious sporting event.
Grohl and Blum were married in 2003 and share three daughters – Violet, who was born in 2006, Harper, who was born in 2009, and Ophelia, who was born in 2014.
In February, the woman’s identity Grohl had fathered a secret child with was revealed to be Jennifer Young, who said she gave birth on August 1 and put Grohl’s name on the baby’s birth certificate.

Speaking to Page Six, Young did not share their daughter’s name ‘because there are some really angry fans’ out there, and she feels ‘protecting her identity is important.’
In November last year, a source told People that Dave had called off his lawyers as he and Jordyn tried to repair their marriage.
‘He’s no longer working with a divorce attorney and instead hoping to work things out with his wife,’ an insider said.
A second source told the outlet: ‘Dave’s been prioritising his family. He knows he messed up.
‘It’s one of those situations where you don’t realise what you have until you’re about to lose it. He doesn’t want to lose his family.’
