Streamers Hasan Piker and Destiny are beefing once again, this time over some disastrous pro-Nazi tweets posted by Destiny’s teenage son, Nathan Bonnell. Even now, a full week after the drama initially started, the political commentators are exchanging blows amid Nathan’s very public crashout.

Who are Destiny and Hasan Piker?
Hasan Piker, also known online as HasanAbi, is an American online streamer, YouTuber, influencer, and left-wing political commentator. He’s a very vocal critic of Israel’s continued genocide in Gaza, a passionate hater of Donald Trump and those connected to him, and a staunch supporter of civil rights and the LGBTQ+ community. Basically, he’s a pretty lit dude and the subject of many a thirst-trapping edit.
Meanwhile, Steven ‘Destiny’ Bonnell began his career as one of the first people to stream video games as a full-time job. He later pivoted into political commentary, largely operating on the left but definitely more centrist compared to Hasan.
Despite operating in similar circles and sharing SOME beliefs with one another, Hasan Piker and Destiny have been opponents for quite some time. There’s not a lot of love between the streamers anyway, but the mutual dislike seemed to turn into overt hatred last week when Destiny’s 14-year-old son went on a Twitter rampage.

14-year-old Nathan Bonnell has grown up as the son of a well-known streamer, and while the family’s personal life is riddled with controversies and complications, things took a dramatic turn on August 14.
“The Nazis were protecting the West by invading Poland. The Reich was a blockade against the USSR and the rest of Europe; they took up all responsibilities of the failing Polish government, and they stated this explicitly multiple times. Hitler is a Hero,” Nathan wrote on Twitter.
Though that original tweet ignited the current beef, Nathan has continued to post divisive message after divisive message. He slammed both of his parents and admitted, “I don’t care, I just don’t care about anything anymore.”

After Nathan Bonnell posted the initial pro-Nazi tweet, Hasan Piker reacted to it in real time. He claimed that Destiny turns more people to right-wing politics than left, using Nathan as an example.
“He’s been on the internet since he was a baby, and worse, he has been on Destiny’s Discord since he was a baby, okay? And of course, when you pair that up with just being a sh**y deadbeat father… This is the outcome of someone who is extremely extremely online. It’s an incredibly sad state of affairs,” he said in a recent stream.

Though Destiny is yet to officially comment on his son’s meltdown, Hasan Piker shared a link to Destiny’s Twitch stream on Twitter. In the chat, Destiny allegedly told “his audience that it’s moral to kill me [Hasan].”
“I honestly think you could perfectly justify attacking/killing Hasan IRL for statements like this. This is just so far beyond the pale it’s actually unbelievable,” the message read.
Alongside the screenshot, Hasan added: “Instead of taking care of his son who has now turned into a nazi, this sociopathic cult leader is actively telling his audience that it’s moral to kill me in real life because i said Palestinians have a legal right to resist against an illegal occupying force conducting a raid.”
It seems the drama is only just starting.
