Delta’s Business Travel Gets a Smarter Makeover

Delta airline travel just got an upgrade with a newly designed and reimagined site for 2026.

Delta Airlines is overhauling its corporate travel platform with a new digital experience built for speed, flexibility, and smarter management.

Unveiled as the airline’s annual SHOWCASE, Delta Business’s signature product reveal event, the reimagined site introduces streamlined navigation, smarter search tools, and centralizes account management tailored for business customers.

The rollout will begin later this year for corporate accounts, replacing the current Delta Professional platform. Travel agencies will gain access in 2026, with added features designed for their workflows.

“This is more than a product launch — it’s a milestone in how we’re shaping the future of business travel together,” said Bob Somers, Senior Vice President – Global Sales for Delta Air Lines.

“With intuitive navigation, smart search, and a streamlined wallet, we’re delivering the tools our partners need to move faster and smarter.”

The new Delta Business platform is designed to simplify corporate travel management with three core features:

  • Intuitive Navigation: A streamlined interface built around real-world workflows, making it easier to find and act on key information.
  • Smart Search: A responsive search tool that understands natural language queries and instantly surfaces relevant insights.
  • Streamlined Wallet: A centralized hub for Loyalty Tokens, Service Points and Amenity Points, giving companies more control over how they deploy value across their travel programs.

Delta’s new initiative adds to its long list of innovations in airline travel that originally began in 2010 with joint contracting. Its most recent change was in 2024 with SkyMiles for Business, Delta’s loyalty program designed for small and mid-sized companies. It allowed both the business and its travelers to earn miles on every trip. Companies can redeem the points for flights, upgrades, or other travel perks, while employees can still keep their personal SkyMiles rewards.
