Devastating rains leave 80 dead in the country

Construction of a retaining wall on the Cazones River is being studied

We have to study it well, whether a retaining dam, whether a wall is enough or whether it is necessary to relocate the homes to widen the river bed and build a wall,” the president explained this morning.
