EastEnders’ Joel Marshall (Max Murray) comes up against Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) once again this week, as Ravi issues the teenage incel with a dark threat.
The pair have clashed on several occasions recently after Ravi found out Joel and his daughter Avani Nandra-Hart (Aaliyah James) had slept together.
Joel also misguidedly tried to take on Ravi after discovering Avani had a termination earlier this month after falling pregnant.
But Joel inadvertently becomes wrapped up in Ravi’s drug-dealing ring in forthcoming scenes, leading to another showdown between the pair.

On Monday, Joel is determined to get the money for tickets to see the misogynistic influencer he has been following online, despite his dad Ross Marshall (Alex Walkinshaw) refusing.
He approaches Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) for a job, but the local entrepreneur turns him down. However, an opportunity arises when Harry Mitchell (Elijah Holloway) approaches him to wipe some stolen phones.
As fans of the BBC soap know, Ravi and Harry’s associate Okie has been stealing phones as part of their illegal operations.
Most notably, he swiped Kat Moon’s (Jessie Wallace) mobile, which had an unlistened-to voicemail from her husband Alfie Moon (Shane Richie), revealing all about his recent contact with her daughter Zoe Slater (Michelle Ryan).

When Ravi finds out that Harry paid Joel to wipe the stolen phones, he threatens him, concerned about what he has been privy to.
However, Joel’s involvement could have bigger consequences than anyone might have first expected, as it turns out he enlisted his mate Tommy Moon (Sonny Kendall) to help him – and guess what? Yup, he finds his mum Kat’s phone, and it’s not long before he hears the message about Zoe…
EastEnders airs these scenes from Monday 25 August at 7.30pm on BBC One or stream first from 6am on iPlayer.
