1.- The first thing is to soak the slices of bread in a rich mixture of egg, milk and a touch of vanilla extract for at least five minutes, it is the minimum for a soft crumb.

2.- The chef’s recommendation is to cut the bread into strips or “sticks” so that they fit better and maximize air circulation.

3.- For a crispy texture, cook at 190°C for only 4 to 6 minutes per side.

A delicious breakfast option with an exquisite presentation is this breakfast classic that requires 2 ramekins, eggs and bacon.

1.- In a ramekin, prepare a caramelized mixture by mixing 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and finely chopped onion.

2.- In the other ramekin place a lightly oiled egg.

3.- Add the open bun, the two ramekins and some strips of bacon (ideally on an upper rack if your air fryer model allows it).
