Emmerdale’s Amy Walsh has confirmed she is pregnant with her second child.
The star, who plays Tracy Metcalfe in the ITV soap, is in a relationship with former EastEnders actor Toby-Alexander Smith.
The well-known faces met each other while in the audience of a Strictly Come Dancing episode in 2019.
Both actors were in the front row, with Amy supporting Emmerdale castmate Kelvin Fletcher, and Toby supporting co-star Emma Barton.
The couple have previously discussed how ‘fate’ brought them together, as Kelvin wasn’t originally supposed to be in the line up, but replaced Made In Chelsea’s Jamie Laing after he broke his ankle.
During the show, the couple got talking and agreed to go on a date.

In 2021, Amy and Toby welcomed the arrival of their first daughter Bonnie-Mae and in 2023, they became husband and wife.
The couple tied the knot at Talici Hill Rustic Villa in Montenegro in a beautiful outdoor ceremony in front of their friends and family.
‘It was honestly the most perfect day,’ Amy told OK! Magazine at the time.
Amy revealed news of her second pregnancy on Instagram last night. The adorable video sees Toby, Amy and Bonnie removing their hands from the frame to reveal a baby scan picture.
The audio in the clip is of Amy announcing to Bonnie that she’s going to soon have a little brother or sister.
So cute!
‘Smith/Walsh baby 2.0 incoming 2026’, Amy wrote alongside,
The actress received plenty of comments from her followers and fellow soap stars, all congratulating her on the wonderful news.

Natalie Ann Jamieson, who played Amy Wyatt in Emmerdale, wrote: ‘This is gorgeous!!’, while Girls Aloud singer, presenter and Amy’s real-life sister Kimberly Walsh simply put: ‘😭😭😭😭😭’.
Isabel Hodgins, who announced her first pregnancy in August, noted: ‘Gorgeous!!!!! So happy for you xxxxxx’.
Amy’s partner Toby played Gray Atkins in EastEnders from 2019-2022. The character was at the centre of an incredibly powerful narrative that saw him physically and mentally abuse wife Chantelle (Jessica Plummer).
Gray was also responsible for killing Chantelle, Tina Carter and Kush Kazemi. The character departed Walford in the back of a police car, after his crimes were exposed.

Amy has played Tracy in the ITV soap since 2014.
The village resident is continuing to adapt to her life without Nate Robinson, following his murder. The discovery of Nate’s body happened earlier this year, which meant Tracy spent months prior believing that her partner no longer wanted anything to do with his family in the Dales.
As it stands, Tracy and the Dingles believe a man called Owen Michaels murdered Nate and put his body in a lake following a roadside altercation.
In reality, we know John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth) killed Nate towards the end of 2024. He gave him medication after a fight with Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley), but Nate had a bad reaction to it and died.
As it stands, the only three people who know about John’s crimes are Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller), Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) and Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb).

Following the gorge jump on Monday, today’s episode will see the aftermath play out. With Mackenzie still trapped underground, it leaves Robert and Aaron as the only two people who know the truth about John.
But if Aaron doesn’t survive the ordeal, the chances of Robert being believed by the likes of Victoria Sugden (Isabel Hodgins) and Chas Dingle (Lucy Pargeter) are pretty slim.
Will Nate’s family get closure at last? Or will John continue to get away with it?
