Robert Sugden (Ryan Hawley) has left concerned about what Kev (Chris Coghill) might do to Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) in upcoming Emmerdale scenes as he confirms revenge plans.
Kev’s arrival in the eponymous village has caused quite a stir, with Aaron in particular heartbroken by Robert’s failure to inform him that he got marriage while in prison.
Aaron found out about Kev by seeing his lover locking lips with his old cell mate and things swiftly became heated, withKev suffering a heart attack before he could do so before Robert could end the marriage.
In the weeks since, he’s found himself torn between the two men in his life and, with Kev’s violent nature clearly an issue, he’s attempted to put some distance between himself and Aaron in a bid to protect his former flame.
But in the wake of an incident involving a wing mirror, Kev is on the warpath. And it’s not culprit Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb) that he takes issue with but rather it’s Aaron.
Fearing the worst, Robert urges Kev not to retaliate, as can be seen above in a clip from Monday’s (November 4) edition of the ITV soap.
‘Aaron wouldn’t do anything that petty’, he says. ‘I know him inside out, it’s just not how he operates’.
Kev, however, refuses to back down, telling Robert – or ‘Suggers’, as he calls him – that this is their time now and he won’t let anything stand in the way of it.
Despite Kev’s claims of no violence, Robert is still left spooked. Can he talk Kev around and stop him from taking action against Aaron?
And speaking of Aaron, the show favourite is angry about Kev threatening him and warns Robert to handle it – otherwise he’ll sort Kev out himself!
Later, Kev proposes a vow renewal service to Robert, which takes him aback. And he’s not the only one as Aaron is sickened when he finds out Robert has agreed to it.
Kev enthusiastically writes up his vows, but Robert doesn’t share the same enthusiasm, which is noticed by Victoria Sugden (Isabel Hodgins), who urges her brother to tell Aaron how he really feels.
But as the renewal grows closer, who will Rob choose to be with?
