Braumbles similarly said that the trailer was ‘quite the departure from what season 1 and 2 were about’ as oranguslolus added: ‘Honestly a lot more interesting than I thought it’d be, the shift in tone is much needed.’
The new trailer begins by showing Zendaya’s Rue in trouble with drug dealers, including a returning Martha Kelly.
Sweeney’s Cassie is then introduced as a cam girl making content online while married to Elordi’s Nate.
Finally, Schafer’s Jules is shown as becoming a sugar baby.
An official synopsis reads: ‘A group of childhood friends wrestle with the virtue of faith, the possibility of redemption, and the problem of evil.’

‘Five years felt like a natural place [to jump] because if they had gone to college they’d be out of college at that time.’
This comes after Levinson’s second show for HBO, The Idol, faced intense backlash after being labelled as ‘torture porn’.
Meanwhile, Sweeney and Elordi will be following on from the success of their respective films, The Housemaid, and
