Loads of the Love Island 2025 cast members have had transformations, but arguably, Helena’s is the biggest. She looks totally different in photos from before and after.
She had some lip filler before the show, and is also believed to have had her teeth done. A dentist has named Helena as one of three people she thinks had veneers done before the show.

People have been reacting to her huge change over the years, and can’t quite believe the person in the pictures is the same person in the Love Island 2025 villa right now. “I gasped there is no way,” one person said. Another added: “I mean, she’s always looked great. I just can’t believe she’s changed this much.” A third said: “Whaaaaaat how is this the same person?!!”.
As well as the lip filler and apparent veneers, Helena’s complete vibe has changed. I honestly need to go back to when pencil thin eyebrows and heavy eyeliner was everyone’s go-to look. Life was so much easier back then! Helena rocked it. And all that with a sweeping fringe, too? Iconic actually.

Helena is 29, from London, and worked as cabin crew. Ahead of the show, when asked what she’s after, Helena said: “Somebody funny or northern. I feel like northern people have much more banter than southerners. If you look through my previous dating history, you’ll see I clearly go for personality. You can pretty much laugh me into bed.”
