Over a month after Amy Bradley Is Missing was released on Netflix, a facial reconstruction expert who has worked on the Madeleine McCann case has created a new image revealing what the missing woman would look like now.
Amy Bradley disappeared while on a Caribbean cruise in 1997, when she was just 23 years old. The FBI released an official reconstruction of her in 2017, showing what she would look like at 43, but this one is even more detailed.
The image was made by Marcel van Adrichem, who contructs “unique and innovative reconstructions” for his company, International Investigations Missing Persons. It uses an old photo of Amy to show what she would look like today at 51 years old, with long grey hair, wrinkles and different bone structures.
He created it to assist Dutch police in the Caribbean who are investigating Amy Bradley’s disappearance. The expert is reportedly travelling to the area where she disappeared to help.

He told Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf: “I’ve been doing this work full-time for a few years now. I travel the world to help families and investigators with reconstructions. And I don’t do it for recognition – I do it to help people. I’m a father myself. A missing child is the worst thing that can happen to any parent. There are no words for it.
“On the left you see a photo of her at 23. I used that as my starting point. Today she would be 51, with grayer hair, aged teeth, looser skin on the neck, and more sunken eyes.
“As long as no body has been found, there’s always a chance someone is still alive. That’s why it’s vital to estimate what missing persons might look like today. Otherwise, we might walk right past them in the supermarket.”
Adrichem was once asked to create a reconstruction of Madeleine McCann by the Metropolitan Police. She went missing on 3rd May 2007, and her disappearance is still an active investigation by German and Portuguese authorities almost 20 years on.
