AUGUSTA, Ga. ( WJBF) – An Augusta father is behind bars for allegedly beating his son.
Reports say 26-year-old Markambe Holt beat his 5-year-old son. The child allegedly had multiple bruises on his face, arms, and back.
The incident happened on August 12th on the 100 block of Autumn Gold court in Augusta.
Holt is charged with 1st degree Cruelty to Children and is being held at the Richmond County Jail.
