The Attorney General’s Office of the Republic (FGR), through the Special Prosecutor’s Office on Domain Forfeiture (FEMED), obtained a favorable ruling for a property with a value of four million 361 thousand pesos owned by “Los Chapitos“.
Said sentence was handed down by a sixth district court in matters of domain, at said address Néstor Isidro Pérez Salas, alias “The Nini” o “On 09“, head of bodyguards of the criminal group”Los Chapitos”, carried out various criminal activities such as kidnapping, among others.

The property is located in Culiacán, Sinaloaand was part of an investigation initiated by the probable commission of the crimes of organized crime and kidnapping.
The above, as a result of the coordination work between authorities of Mexico and the United States of America, in which it was reported that several people were kidnapped in said entity.
The property will be transferred to Institute to Return What Was Stolen to the People.
