Authorities in Bangladesh reported that a huge fire broke out on Saturday in the cargo hall of Dhaka’s main international airport, forcing authorities to suspend all flights.
Minul Ehsan, an official in the Health Directorate, reported that at least four people were taken to hospital after sustaining minor injuries.
The fire did not damage the main airport building, but thick clouds of black smoke rose above the runway. The cause of the fire is not yet known.
