PACHUCA.- Elements of the Criminal Investigation Agency of the Attorney General’s Office of Hidalgo (FIND OUT) executed a arrest warrant against NGOwhoever senior officer during the administration of Omar Fayad, for him diversion of 116 million pesos of catastrophic insurance contracted in 2021.
