MÉRIDA, Yucatán.— The Attorney General’s Office (FGR) through its Specialized Regional Control Prosecutor’s Office (FECOR) in the state of Yucatanobtained from the judge specialized in the Accusatory Criminal System, condemnatory sentencethrough an abbreviated procedure, against Jesús “N”, Brian “N”, Ingrid “N” and Ricardo “N” for a crime against health in the mode of possession of methamphetamine hydrochloride and cocaine con trading purposes.
As part of the investigations carried out within a folder initiated by a anonymous complaintthe agent of the Public Ministry of the Federation, with the support of the Federal Ministerial Police and authorized official expert personnel of this institution, carried out a search warrant in two properties in the municipality of Kanasín, Yucatánwhere they were allegedly committed criminal acts.

In it first propertythe police seized 41 grams 800 milligrams of methamphetamine hydrochloride and six grams 300 milligrams of cocaine, 25 electronic cigarettes, nine cell phones, three electronic tablets, three laptop computers, four digital scales and one analogue, 98,729 pesos, two packages of bags and various sheets with the legend “report and debtor.”
In it second property 53 grams, one hundred milligrams of methamphetamine hydrochloride, 25 sertraline tablets, 29 phentermine tablets, 28 alprazolam tablets, 37 cell phones, two electronic devices, five CPUs (central processing unit), two slot machines, 16,716 pesos 50 cents and various sheets with the legend “report and debtor” were confiscated.
Abbreviated procedure
Due to the above, the Federal Public Ministry (MPF) provided the sufficient test data before the Control Judge, who linked the accused to trial and in an abbreviated procedure, he sentenced Jesús “N”, Brian “N”, Ingrid “N” and Ricardo “N” to four years in prison and an eighty-day fine.
