Cardi B has revealed she is expecting her fourth child, her first with boyfriend Stefon Diggs. The rapper confirmed the news in an interview with Gayle King on CBS Mornings, saying she felt “excited” and “happy” about the pregnancy.
Stefon Diggs, 30, is a professional football player and wide receiver for the New England Patriots. Relationship rumors first began between Diggs and Cardi B in October 2024, before the pair confirmed they were together in May 2025. This will be Cardi B’s first child with Diggs.
Cardi shares three children with her ex-husband, rapper Offset: daughter Kulture, seven, son Wave, four, and daughter Blossom, who turned one earlier this month. She filed for divorce from Offset in July 2024, just three months before Blossom’s birth.
Diggs also has a daughter, Nova, born in 2016 from a previous relationship. Nova’s mother has not been publicly identified, but it has been speculated that it could be his ex-girlfriend, singer Tyler-Marie.
More recently, he has been involved in a paternity dispute with Instagram model Lord Gisselle, also known as GiGi. Court documents show that she gave birth to a daughter named Charliee in April 2025 and claims Diggs is the father. Diggs requested genetic testing before agreeing to custody arrangements, saying he was not certain the child was his.
Despite the headlines, Diggs is one of the NFL’s most well-known wide receivers, having been with the Patriots since 2024, after previously playing for the Buffalo Bills and Minnesota Vikings.

In her CBS interview, Cardi spoke about her bond with Diggs, saying they are “in the same space” in their careers and describing him as someone who thinks the same way she does. She also used the moment to hype up her new album, Am I the Drama?, which drops on 19th September.
For now, it looks like Cardi and Diggs are both embracing parenthood together, while continuing to dominate in music and sport.
