The girl who filmed the Coldplay concert TikTok video has broken her silence, and my god, she’s an icon. I’m sure you’ve all seen the video I mean by now.
Chris Martin did a kiss-cam style moment at a concert this week, and it caught two people with their arms around each other. The man in question instantly dropped to the ground, whilst the woman dashed out of vision of the camera. “Look at these two, you’re alright it’s ok. Oh what? Either they’re having an affair or they’re very shy,” Chris said. Yikes.
It’s since been claimed the video is of a CEO, and his Chief People Officer. All a bit awkward. The video was originally posted by a girl called Grace, who was at the concert and filming one of the big screens as it happened. Her video has now had over 50million views on TikTok.

She’s since spoken out about the drama, in what can only be described as a pretty brutal, but very iconic statement. “I had no idea who the couple was. Just thought I caught an interesting reaction to the kiss cam and decided to post it,” she told The Sun.
“A part of me feels bad for turning these people’s lives upside down, but, play stupid games… win stupid prizes. I hope their partners can heal from this and get a second chance at the happiness they deserve with their future still in front of them. I hope, for them, my video was a blessing in disguise.”

Grace had been at the event with friends, and said there was a lot of chatter in the venue about the moment, even before she’d shared the clip and it went viral.
“It was definitely a hot topic, but no one knew who they were,” Grace added. “When I posted late last night before bed it was picking up traction with a couple thousand views. I woke up to seven million. Now over 30 million. Overwhelmed to say the least.”
