He explained that the work consists of 200 cubic meters of excavation, as well as the installation of 254 meters of 10-inch diameter PVC pipe drinking water line and 170 meters of two and a half inch diameter pipe line.
He said that the work is part of the hydraulic program of the government of Ecatepec, which has already managed to reduce flooding points in the municipality by 50 percent, which is no longer a risk city.
The director of the Sapase water agency, Francisco Reyes Vázquez, He explained that years ago the water network was installed on the median; However, past administrations allowed the construction of buildings, which caused damage to the network and affected hundreds of neighbors.
He added that the replacement and redirection of the aforementioned network, which will be installed on Francisco Sarabia and Felipe Berriozábal streets, is a priority.
Cisneros Coss assured that this first year of his government will conclude with more than 700 works, among which the repair of sinkholes, drainage and paving stand out hand in hand with the residents of this town.
“We are going to conclude this first year with more than 700 works, including sinkholes, drainage, hand-to-hand paving, resurfacing, cleaning days and social raking,” he reiterated.
He added: “We are going to reach 250 hand-in-hand paving, which is a program approved by the people, they provide labor and we provide materials, but we are going to start in December the other 200 for which we already have signed agreements.”
Given the impunity and acts of corruption that were carried out in past administrations, Cisneros Coss said that it is not easy to break with inertia, but it is a job that must be carried out daily, fundamentally in the area of water such as the recovery of valves and suspension of clandestine taps, among other actions.
Cisneros Coss assured that the supply of liquid will stabilize at the end of this year and asked the population not to waste it.
