Hollyoaks spoilers follow for Tuesday’s (September 2) episode that is now available to view on Channel 4 streaming. The episode in question will air on E4 on at 7pm.

The mystery of Sienna Blake’s (Anna Passey) fate has finally been solved after dad Jez (Jeremy Sheffield) appeared to kill her last week.

Sienna, as viewers know, was on a mission to expose Jez after discovering that the patriarch of the Blake clan was, in fact, a serial killer who had claimed the lives of various village residents.

Dilly Harcourt (Emma Johnsey-Smith), Bobby Costello (Zak Sutcliffe), Robbie Roscoe (Charlie Wernham), Abe Fielding (Tyler Conti) and Tommy Odenkirk (Brandon Fellows) are among his victims, plus social worker Ian Stone and former mainstay Dennis Savage.

Upon realising what her father is capable of, Sienna was truly horrified and thus attempted to expose him for who he is. Jez, however, was one step ahead and manipulated his nearest and dearest into thinking that Sienna was the killer.

A devilish game of cat and mouse ensued last week in a garden centre between Jez and Sienna, supposedly culminating with the latter’s death.

The Blakes have been torn apart with grief ever since, with Liberty (Jessamy Stoddart) and Cleo (Nadine Mulkerrin) struggling to come to terms with Jez’s claims that Sienna is dead – and that she was a serial killer.

Jez was subsequently seen carrying a picnic basket – the very one he used to transport Dilly’s body after murdering her – into The Love Boat with what appeared to be Sienna’s remains inside.

But is this really the end for Sienna Blake?

Is Sienna Blake really dead in Hollyoaks?

No, Sienna is not dead.

Tuesday’s (September 2) edition of the Channel 4 soap confirmed that Sienna is still alive as she pushed open the lid of the picnic basket, waking up for presumably the first time since her showdown with Jez.

The question is: will she be able to escape Jez’s clutches and clear her name? Or will Jez continue to have the upper hand?

Sienna disowned her dad last week, wanting nothing more to do with him given the depths of his villainy.

While she did help him cover up Dilly’s murder in January, she desperately hoped that he’d turned over a new leaf and stopped killing people.

But upon realising that this was not the case, Sienna knew that she had no other choice but to turn him in to the police. Jez, however, managed to evade justice yet again, concocting a plot that ultimately left Sienna in his evil grip.

Will Liberty and Cleo be able to find her before Jez adds Sienna to his long line of murders? Or will master schemer Sienna be able to outwit her twisted father and secure her freedom – and his downfall in the process?
