Sienna Blake (Anna Passey) demands answers from murderous Jez (Jeremy Sheffield) in a high-octane Hollyoaks showdown next week that will end in tragedy.
The florist, who knows a little about her dad’s penchant for murder, is given reason to suspect in upcoming scenes that he hasn’t been honest with her about the depths of his villainy.
Jez, as audiences know, has been killing for decades, with mum Martha (Sherrie Hewson) having covered up his crimes.
Having helped him dispose of Dilly Harcourt’s (Emma Johnsey-Smith) body earlier this year, Sienna thought that Jez had put his murderous streak to bed but later this week she makes a trip to the allotment and soon realises that this isn’t the case.
Inconsolable and beside herself by what she’s uncovered, Sienna returns home to her loved ones – including new love interest Cleo McQueen (Nadine Mulkerrin) – and she’s covered in dirt.
Feeling sick, she demands an audience with Jez but, upon realising that he’s not home, she instead locks herself in the bathroom.
When Jez arrives at the flat, he confronts Sienna, who pleads with him to tell her that she’s made a mistake – that this nightmare isn’t true.
Realising that his time is up, Jez asks Sienna to meet him at the allotment. When Sienna arrives, Jez takes her behind the curtain of his warped mind and reveals all.
Feeling free, the killer makes it quite clear that he doesn’t intend to hide anymore.
Sienna is utterly appalled by the depths of what Jez has done and swiftly makes a run for it, heading down the city walls as she desperately tries to make contact with Dodger Savage (Danny Mac), leaving him a frantic voicemail for her twin.
Jez, however, catches up with Sienna and tragic consequences ensue.
In the aftermath, Cleoand Liberty Savage (Jessamy Stoddart) fear for Jez and Sienna’s wellbeing as a shock discovery is made.
The question is: just what has unfolded?
