I went on a night out with Bonnie Blue – it was uncomfortable and she’s dead behind the eyes

A woman has spoken out about joining Bonnie Blue on a night out during her current “Bang Bus” tour around some UK university towns and cities. Right now, Bonnie is in the middle of the two-week event, and has been going on nights out with Freshers ahead of starting their uni courses.

As part of the tour, Bonnie has been doing meet and greets at uni city nightclubs, which last week ended in chaos when one woman was accused of punching Bonnie in the face. A woman who went with her on the night has documented what it was like, and said she knew it would end in violence.

The punching incident happened last week, at Onyx in Sheffield. Bonnie was joined by a reporter from Yorkshire Live. The writer said the smell of “Lynx Africa [was] heavy in the air” and “all my feminism [was] placed to one side.” She added: “I felt uncomfortable the moment I stepped through the door: Bonnie Blue may have been dead behind the eyes in all her photos – but by the end of the event, so was I.” Brutal.

She said she tried to approach the event with as little judgement for Bonnie as possible, but the same can’t be said for those who showed up. The report said: “Every person I spoke to said they were either going to gawk at Bonnie, yell at Bonnie, or make fun of Bonnie. All three were very bleak reasons to prompt a visit to an already-bleak club.”

As for what the event actually looked like, it was said Bonnie Blue spent the evening surrounded by “five Tommy Hilfiger-clad bouncers” and was “immediately flocked, and the atmosphere was animalistic.”

Yorkshire Live added: “The crowd was evenly split; both men and women pining for a piece of Bonnie. I’ll be honest, the whole affair was quite sad. Watching someone be propped up like a zoo animal – glassy behind the eyes while she has a hundred cameras shoved in her face – was really surreal.”

Bonnie was described as having a “vacant smile” and looking as though she wanted to leave because of the “shocking turnout” to the event. Speaking of when the event turned violent, it was said: “There is no denying that the atmosphere felt violent, something I absolutely do not condone; How her team did not think that this would be inevitable is beyond me.”

It all sounds a bit awkward, doesn’t it?
