The second began in November of the same year for threats and intentional damage to other people’s property. In both processes, the former official missed seven court hearings between 2021 and 2025, which led the judges to issue arrest warrants.
The CdMx Prosecutor’s Office argued that the immigration alert was activated because the accused traveled abroad without resolving his legal proceedings, something that allowed him to be located.
Finally, he maintained that he works together with the Attorney General’s Office (FGR) and the National Central Office of Interpol Mexico to complete the judicial and immigration procedures.
