Is Hollywood’s hottest bachelor officially off the market?
According to a new report, Chad Powers star Glen Powell is “casually seeing” actress Michelle Randolph. Video of the two dancing in Austin, Texas went viral on social media last month, and since then, rumors have flown that the actor is no longer single.
“It’s very new,” an insider told Us Weekly of the relationship. “They started seeing where things would go around October and have been trying to keep it under the radar for almost two months now.”
According to the source, Powell and Randolph, who stars in the Paramount+ show Landman, run “in a similar circle in L.A.” and have “many mutual friends,” including Powell’s sister, Leslie.
“They have been spending more time together in the last few weeks since they both have a break from filming,” the insider shared. “She’s spent a lot of time in Texas this last year filming [Landman} and has that in common with Glen. Being from California, Michelle has really grown to love Texas, and they have bonded over it.”
Who Is Michelle Randolph?
Growing up in Walnut Creek, California, Randolph, 28, signed with modeling agency Wilhelmina in 2016. Her older sister, Cassie, garnered fame in 2019 while appearing on season 23 of The Bachelor, where she ended up with lead Colton Underwood. The two would ultimately split.
Randolph had her own high-profile relationship with actor Gregg Sullkin for several years, but the two went their separate ways in 2023. The year prior, Randolph got her big break, landing a role in Taylor Sheridan’s series, 1923.

In 2024, Randolph appeared in another of Sheridan’s shows, Landman, as Billy Bob Thornton’s daughter. The show’s second season is currently airing.
Girlfriends of Glen’s Past
Although he’s been linked to several women, Powell’s most publicized relationship was with model Gigi Paris, whom he dated for three years. The couple split in 2023, at the same time rumors began to swirl that Powell and his Anyone But You co-star Sydney Sweeney were more than friends.

Powell and Sweeney (who was engaged at the time) acknowledged the romance rumors, but insisted they were just good friends.
“The two things that you have to sell a rom-com are fun and chemistry. Sydney and I have a ton of fun together, and we have a ton of effortless chemistry,” Powell told The New York Times in 2024. “That’s people wanting what’s on the screen off the screen, and sometimes you just have to lean into it a bit — and it worked wonderfully. Sydney is very smart.”

Sweeney, for her part, told Variety, “Honestly, the press did it themselves. There was no leaning in, per se,” she said months after Powell’s own admission. “Truly the tabloids and journalists just created it and kept going. Even if we were just standing next to each other, it was ‘They’re standing two inches apart!’ Glen and I genuinely care for each other and have a love and respect for one another. I love being with him. And I think people just truly saw a really beautiful pairing.”
