Every single year a new crop of Islanders come along, and we wow over their huge transformations – so now is the time for the Love Island 2025 cast. They’ve had glow ups, and then some!
Some had work done before the villa, whilst others have just taken their vibe, and completely switched it up. It’s got to the point where I hardly recognised some of our fav Islanders in their before photos.
Here’s a roundup of the biggest transformations had by the cast of Love Island 2025.
Shakira

Ahead of Love Island, Shakira worked as an actual Disney princess. Yes, really. You can pay her to come to a party, dressed as a princess. Since she’s been in the villa, old photos of her at work have been shared around. She looks adorable! In terms of Love Island 2025 transformations, maybe hers is the most… literal?
Harry

Loads of old pictures of Harry have been going around since he’s been in the villa, and he looks massively different. He’s obviously grown up a lot, but he also had a lot of work done before the show.
Harry had a hair transplant in Turkey. The average cost for what he had done is around £5,600. Also, from the looks of him in old pictures compared to now, Harry may have had composite veneers. These can cost around £350 per tooth, or a full set can cost around £5,000. Big bucks!

Helena

Helena had a huge transformation before Love Island 2025. In resurfaced photos, she looks like a totally different person. And some of that is down to work she had done before the villa. She had some lip filler before the show, and also believed to have had her teeth done.
In all the photos being shared, Helena’s change is shocking everyone. “This is a different person omg,” one person in the comments said. “I literally gasped,” another added.
Megan

Megan hasn’t cleared up her Instagram, and still has loads of old pictures on there. I’m literally so here for her rock and roll era. A bit iconic.
Angel

Bombshell Angel has had a transformation ahead of the show. She also has a bunch of pictures still up on her Instagram from years ago. The brown hair? I think it’s a vibe!
Billykiss

Old photos of Billykiss have resurfaced, and I’m actually a little shook! I didn’t recognise her at all. The photos are from seven years ago, and she had grey hair. She looked incredible, just totally different!
Toni

Ahead of the villa, Toni revealed a long-term health battle, and this actually meant she was on TV before Love Island.
Toni has ulcerative colitis. This long-term health condition causes people’s large intestines and rectums to become inflamed. Toni was hospitalised before her school prom, but CNN and her hospital made sure she could still make it – and videos from her story are on YouTube. She looked totally different!
Harrison

A couple of different pictures of Harrison are doing the rounds. There’s one clearly super old photo of him being shared around TikTok, and another of him getting his hair done and he once had really long hair? “Hell nawh Harrison had long hair and a beard,” one, clearly very shocked, person said.
Harrison is also among the Islanders who had some work done for the villa. He had some under eye filler.
