Jack in the Box Goes Bigger.

While quick service restaurant guests love the price of a value meal, sometimes the offerings have people questioning, where’s the food. Jack in the Box decided to serve bigger cups with its meals. The 25% larger size is conscious decision.

The new, larger cups will hit restaurants on October 1. While some brands are shrinking portions with the lower costs, this idea is the opposite. When a brand can give guests more, they will have a positive response.

According to Ryan Ostrom, Jack in the Box EVP, Chief Customer & Digital Officer, “Our new cup rollout is the latest step we’re taking towards fighting shrinkflation and giving consumers more for less, a strategy you’ll continue to see hit our menus in the future.”

Additionally, lower prices will be on the menu. According to the restaurant brand, 61% of Jack combos will be under $10. As Jack in the Box prepares for its 75th anniversary, more changes, value propositions and guest celebrations will be available in restaurants.
