According to the investigations, the murder of the Mayor of Pisaflores would have occurred after a confrontation between Johny “N” and the brother of Bahena Solórzano.
Mexico City, October 28 (However).- A control judge ordered the precautionary measure of informal preventive detention to Johny “N“, director of System for the Comprehensive Development of the Family (DIF) of Pachuca, Hidalgo; y César “N”, noted as the alleged perpetrators of the homicide of Miguel Bahena Solorzano, Mayor of the municipality of Pisafloreslast October 20.
During the hearing held yesterday, the former official was identified as probable mastermind of the homicide of Edilwhile César “N“would have acted like autor material of crime.
Johny “N” was located with a woman on October 21 by members of the Querétaro Police in the municipality of Landa de Matamoros during a search, in which a firearm, a magazine and seven useful cartridges were found.
However, the former official was not arrested until a second arrest warrant was issued by a judge for crimes against health in the form of drug dealing. He was later handed over to the authorities of that entity.

The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Hidalgo (PGJEH) presented Jhony “N” before Judge Arely Sánchez Lazcano, of the Judicial District of Pachuca, identified as the alleged intellectual author of the murder of Bahena Solorzano. The hearing was held by videoconference from the Social Reintegration Center (Cereso) of Tulancingo, where he is being held.
The accused availed himself of the duplicity of the constitutional term, so the hearing was postponed until October 30 at 2:00 p.m.; Meanwhile, the Judge imposed the precautionary measure of informal preventive detention. Meanwhile, the drug dealing process will continue.
Likewise, the PGJEH assured that after processing the investigations, it identified César “N” as the person who possibly activated the weapon from which the projectiles came out that directly hit the Mayor’s neck, which caused the death of the official.
Miguel Bahena Solórzano, Municipal President of Pisaflores, Hidalgo, of the Green Ecologist Party of Mexico (PVEM), was murdered on October 20 in an armed attack when he arrived at his home, in the town of La Estancia.

According to the first reports, the person responsible for the attack would have been César “N” who intercepted the Mayor outside his house and subsequently fled on a motorcycle that he abandoned.
The National Executive Committee of the PVEM published a statement in which it condemned the murder of the Mayor, demanding justice and punishment for those responsible.
“From the National Executive Committee, we make a firm and urgent call to the corresponding authorities to carry out an immediate, exhaustive and transparent investigation, which leads to the clarification of the facts and the arrest and punishment of those responsible for this regrettable crime,” the party indicated.
The municipal authorities appointed the Secretary General of Pisaflores, Antonio Robles Ramírez, to replace Bahena Solórzano to temporarily occupy the public position and address the pending and urgent issues of the Hidalgo town.
