According to FARPost, the 29-year-old Silva’s deal with Surabaya ends in May 2026, but he has now agreed to join Kaizer Chiefs. The former Benifa and Sporting Lisbon attacker caught the eye after nine goals and two assists in the Indonesian Liga 1.

Should the deal be finalised, Silva will join Amakhosi as the second center forward arrival alongside the 24-year-old Etiosa Ighodaro.
