Betway Premiership giants Kaizer Chiefs have good news. Assistant coach Cedric Kaze confirmed Paseka Mako is back from injury and ready for selection.
The former Orlando Pirates star suffered a broken arm that ruled him out of the pre-season tour, the Toyota Cup tie, and the 2-1 opening win over Stellenbosch FC in the league.
The 31-year-old from Zebediela, Limpopo, is now Kaizer Chiefs’ fifth fit left back.

Kaizer Chiefs star Pule Mmodi is back. The 32-year-old winger from Theunissen, Free State, has served his suspension after the red card he picked up against Sekhukhune United on 17 May last season.
That sending-off ruled him out of Kaizer Chiefs’ first Betway Premiership match of the new campaign — Sunday’s 2–0 win over Stellenbosch FC at the Athlone Stadium.
