We are proposing the start of the pre-consultation for the end of October, the start of the consultation for the end of November and to be able to rule in January. That is the process that is being established, but we are going to refine dates to present the formal calendar,” he mentioned.

Subsequently, the deliberative stage will be carried out, in which spaces for dialogue and collective reflection will be opened on the needs and priorities in terms of care. Finally, in the consultative stage, the population’s proposals and opinions will be collected to integrate them into the final design of the law.
