Hisense South Africa will open its first dedicated premium brand store at Canal Walk Shopping Centre in Cape Town this November, marking a new phase in the company’s growth in the country.
The Canal Walk store will double as both a retail hub and an experience centre.
This will allow customers hands-on access to Hisense’s latest home technology and locally manufactured products.
Hisense launches premium experience store in Cape Town
Starting 1 November, visitors can explore the Chinese brand’s newest lineup of high-end televisions and appliances, including the 116-inch UX, Africa’s largest TV, produced at Hisense’s Atlantis plant just outside Cape Town.
The store will also host live demonstrations and exclusive opening promotions, designed to immerse visitors in the brand’s latest innovations.
Luna Nortje, Deputy General Manager at Hisense South Africa, said the launch goes beyond retail expansion.
“Century City was built to represent the future of urban living in South Africa, and this store represents the future of home technology,” Nortje said, as per BusinessTech.
Nortje added that the flagship store is a natural extension of Hisense’s Atlantis manufacturing plant, a space where customers can see locally made products firsthand.
